Happy Valley TAKE ME AWAY!!

I had planned with Lupi to head out to happy valley this weekend just to getaway and check out what Provo had to offer, mainly to just relax and meditate ok maybe not meditate but just be on the Ranch where horses roam the streets with there owners LOL. Ok over exaggerating again, ok not really cause in Lindon they done built a trail for the horses and there owners to ride on LOL. But really its just relaxing out there nice and quiet, and the company is the BEST. I called up Saane to tell her that I'm headin' out and she was super excited and so was I cause work was just dragging just thinkin' about Lindon. I never heard back from Lupi she's been busy with family and whatnot so I decided to head on out the drive was horrible with the rain and all but I did get there safely, when I got in saane had dinner ready bless her heart she didn't have to but she did, she made a pasta dish with italian sausage and tomato and garlic bread oh gosh I can sooo eat that right now, we then went upstairs and just caught up with what was goin' on in our lives, guys, church, etc. I don't know what time I knocked out I know it was well over 2 a.m. cause Saane knocked out on me and I was camping on FB via PHONE the wonders of technology.

Saturday morning was pretty hectic by far the most productive saturday overall...early morning at about 10 a.m. Saane had asked if I would like to go with her to her YW camp cooking training it was raining and cold, seriously felt like we were out camping, oh how I miss the YW's and just being around the leaders. I can tell you Dutch oven cooking, box oven cooking, and open pit cooking made me just want to cook outdoors...the food was unbelievably good no lie wish I took a picture of it so you can see I have quite a few recipies I want to try with the nieces when I watch them soon. Anyways after that about 1:30 p.m. we headed to the steelers rugby field to watch the game oh lawdy lawd was that a beautiful site ok I'll just stop there rugby is such a rough sport but at the same time it's kinda hott LOL, steelers done killed the Hayward team I only took one pic from afar then I put my phone in my pocket cause of the rain. We met up with Moti Lavaki it's been awhile since I've seen him, he's lookin' really good. We then decided that we were going to have a baking session later on that night and Saane had invited him along with John & Layne. We thought we had the schedule down go home rest for a few hours then go and shop for the ingredients..NOT..it was like this we went home sat down and then decided hey lets just get the ingredients so we can come home and sleep for 3 hours LOL, WRONG again when we got to walmart we went strait to the makeup isle what a wrong move when you get me down that isle and where the dye is good luck to getting me out of that isle LMBO I ended up buying hair dye, eyeshadow, makeup remover etc. Anyways we finally got out of the store and it was 5:30 P.m. the guys and sara was going to come over at 7. So we decide we'll just knockout and then get up and prep for the baking wrong once again we decided lets dye our hair then prep that alone was almost an hour. So by the time the guys came over I was frickin' worn the heck out but at the same time, loved it cause one I was with sister saane and mi second familia and 2 meeting new people is ALWAYS a PLUS.

Anyways my post is getting a bit long we started the baking made the choc chip cookies and when Layne & John, Moti, got in you best believe we put them to work. Layne came in and went strait to rolling the dough, John on the other hand was being a critique hoi only him can tell Layne he's doing it wrong so what did we do??? told John and & Moti they were gonna have to make the sweetheart cookies, and saane made the sugar cookies she did an awesome job and so did the guys minus a few minor problems but they did pull it off and those sweetheart cookies were a hit.. after baking the cookies Saane had mentioned we were gonna go to Denny's to eat cause last we ate was at the dutch oven cooking, and you best believe we was hungry...saane made it clear that reguardless what everyone else wanted to do she was gonna go and eat with or without us, so we all ended up going well not all it was Saane, Moti, & I in our ride and John & Layne in the other...we got to talking and whatnot eating and John tried to be a cool guy and not eat uhhh yeah buddy you with the wrong crowd when you do that lol, Moti ended up halfing his burger with him I gave him some of my fries and then I don't know what else we made him EAT LOL...over all the food was good and the company was great I think we didn't get home till the AM lol Happy Valley had totally converted me to visit me more often;) cause sunday there was some delicious eye candy to my eyes shut tha hahahaha...huh saane so hook it up LMBO. And coming to a loving house that counts me as one of there daughters and grand daughters is a major plus I love the General and G-pa there the best and of course can't forget Auntie Kehau & Uncle Dave & last but not least Danny, Vika, Malik for feeding us sunday night with yummy chicken, rice, salad, and my favor carrot cake. Saane thank you ever sooo much for makin' this weekend memorable Love your guts sis and see yah in a few weeks ;)!!

So many DUCKS...

So I get a phone call this morning from madre asking are you still babysitting the "Triplets"?. I then reply well Sinai said she can take over and watch the girls, so I can head out to happy valley for the weekend getaway earlier instead of after midnight. Mom then replies ok that sounds good so are you going to come home from work and drop off the girls at Sinai's? No mom Sinai will come and pick me up so we can go to the Biggest Loser weigh in...oh ok then have fun in provo and be safe, end of conversation. Well Sinai came on over to pick me and the diva's up, to head on over to the 24 hour fitness in SL for the weigh in, I know another challenge for me especially after taking 2nd in the first competition I joined a guy taking the FIRST place spot, but hey it gave me the extra PUSH and motivation so I figured hey why not join this one to...I loved the fact that this competition is all ladies :). Well we got there and there wasn't that many there but then they all started coming in slowly the total that ended up coming in to weigh in was 15 friday night...more weighed in saturday night bringing the FINAL total to $950 would that be a motivation for you?? cause it sure is for me, so here's to getting healthy and hopefully keeping off the weight.

After weigh ins Sinai asked the girls if they were hungry and sure enough they all yelled out YESSSSS LOL, malo ia cause auntie Morena was hungry to, Sinai treated us to Mo Bettah Steaks frick talk bout YUMMMY totally hit the spot I told Sinai its ok cause we really start Monday well I did anyways and me spending time in Happy Valley with baking and whatnot I gotta take advantage of that before being strict for this competition. So I got the list of weigh ins and guess who's the HEAVIEST...uhhh you guessed it right I am but hey I've been heavy all my life so that doesn't surprise me it's bout time to make that change...hope I can get out of the range I'm in right now being a THICK CHICK is really hard but I ain't gonna give up...I'm gonna GIVE IT MY ALL...the ladies in the competition will give me a good run seriously they're all serious so time to get my GAME FACE ON wish me luck!!

Just had to post up the picture of my mom in her beautiful formal she wore the night I went to happy valley. For those of you who don't know my mom, she's the realest of the real seriously if she don't like you she will seriously tell you...sometimes I wish I was like that but then again not really but sometimes I am too real and I don't even know it LOL, but she and my sisters have been a big motivation to me in wanting to lose weight and eat healthy I LOVE my momma even though at times I give her a headache but she still loves me unconditionally thanks mom for setting me strait Love you too much!

Ever since I've returned from ARIZONA I've been wanting to see my ONE VOICE familia everyday cause I was used to seeing them in the AZ, LOL yeah you would think I would be sick of seeing them everyday but NO really this is a really good and fun group to be around, not only do they bring the crazy side outta me but they also bring the SPIRITUAL side of me out something that I need and am truly blessed to be around. Alot of people think that what we do is a waste of time and whatnot, but we see it as missionary work, and for me this is something really big seems the year I was planning on going on a mission was the year we found out that my lil brother Daniel had cancer, so plans for me had changed so I can help out the parentals. And being a part of ONE VOICE is like doing missionary work. So this past sunday was spent all day with the choir and the spirit is ALWAYS AMAZING, we had been asked to do a sacrament meeting in a palangi ward and I was the last testimony and me and directions don't go very well I'm telling you this because I totally got lost looking for the chapel LOL (go figure) my navigator (Lupi) wasn't able to make it for she needed to attend her ward, so therefore by the time I got to the chapel it was time for me to bare testimony...the minute I got there Noke (soon to be Elder Tonga) was speaking and tears just came down my cheeks like I've been there the whole time, the spirit is an amazing thing and I'm soo grateful to have it a part of mine. That meeting was finished we had a break and the bishopric from that ward had sandwiches and donuts for us so we went to poplar grove and ate and took pics, following that we went to Nina Brunt's lil bro's farwell where we sang prelude and then Marvelous work how how strong was the spirit there we had a lil audience before we actually sang and the tears coming down there face was priceless. Following the farewell we then attended a homecoming of Stanley Tui'one's brother WOW the power of missionary work is just so amazing I tell yah. We left around 4 pm we had a dinner appointment with Tiare Olevau she was having a fireside for her ward she's such an amazing woman her and her hubby's goal is to convert as many souls as they can, we had the fireside and it was indeed another spiritual experience, Tiare was shocked at how strong the spirit was and to see the choir members in tears amazed her as well, as many times as we've shared our testimonies there is NEVER a dry eye I'm telling you. We finished the fireside and Tiare had came and thanked us and said that there was 3 non members in the congregation and all three of them set up an appointment to see the missionaries...I LOVE busy sundays like this not only being with the choir but strenghthening my testimony is what I LOVE THE MOST...this gospel is TRUE and I've been blessed to have it in my life, and I'm looking forward to continuing to spread his word...Next trip PORTLAND OREGON in AUGUST!!

This was another EXCITING event, getting together with the first cousins (GIRLS ONLY)dinner. So our older sister Sipola texted us all about getting together at olive garden for dinner so we can catch up and whatnot seems it's been awhile since we've all actually been together. This was something we were ALL stoked about after being in Lindon for the graduation and then thinking that we're going to be together the following day was just to good to be true LOL. Our family is really close and to hear others say how lucky and blessed we are to be this close is just well said cause that we are a CLOSE KNIT FAMILY. We all may have our differences, but we get over it real quick and when it comes to getting together and laughing you better believe those around us want to join in on our laughs. Funny thing is I think the LOUD TALKING just runs deep in the FILI blood cause that we was doing and the laughs were just to dang LOUD LMBO sorry OLIVE GARDEN but hey we definitely gave y'all some good business so bettah don't LOL, maybe next time y'all can put us in our own ROOM hahhaaha. It was just good company, good food, and great memories. After we had got done eating believe me when we say we was the LAST ones in the building cause we seriously were..we had taken a picture in front of the Olive garden, then we headed out to visit uncle Jay's girls man I'm still trippen over the lil girls I use to babysit are now mothers how amazing is that, we went over and I think we woke up all the kids cause they was screaming I wish I took a pic but my camera was in my truck most definitely next time...I have been BLESSED with the BEST family...Love you fili sistah's til next month we will see y'all at the next fale kai LOL!!!

I got a phone call from cuzzin' Saane about her graduating from BYU, and her saying she really didn't tell anyone but called me to let me know. At first I was thinkin' to go or not to go, seems the tags on my ride was expired and I didn't want to drive out by myself, so more thinking went into it. Madre called me at work kinda heated cause she heard from someone else instead of from me or the graduate and I said to her Mom she doesn't want to fk-hela anyone that's why she didnt' call you, she called me and told me about it I just forgot to tell you LOL weh ma bad on that one, she calmed down and was like oh ok as long as she called you I'm fine with that. So I went to the gym on thursday I believe and met up with Lupi and mentioned to her that I was planning on going to happy valley for the graduation and she was totally down to go with me to Happy Valley and off we went the drive was kinda crappy just cause of the rain but when we got there it was all fine and dandy. We got there and was greeted by auntie Kehau at the door the girls were getting ready we had got there in time to head out with them to the marriot center. This class was a pretty big graduating class 6,000 graduates so they had broke it up into sections, Saane's group was only the second part..Anyways it's always good to be in happy valley with family...that's my mini vaca is the filimoe'atu home. We came back after the Grad to the house for some yummy grub...Lupi and I met some really cool people, and just chopped it up here are a few pic's of the graduation so enjoy...CONGRATS SIS on your accomplishments!! We'll be in happy valley again...Love your guts!

So while in ARIZONA I had the opportunity to meet Sione & Filipe Fa, they happen to be at the ARIZONA SHAPE UP AMAZING GUYS I have to tell you. Not only were they down to just chat but to remember and ask me how my auditions went PRICELESS! they are sooo down to earth and just real amazing guys inside and out. Filipe is actually the YSA sunday school teacher and believe me when I tell you he's an AMAZING teacher and listening to his testimony and how strong he is just inspires me to strenghthen mines and to share it often. Filipe also helped out ONE VOICE with our fireside that sunday by sharing his testimony he's inspired many me being one of them...thanks guys for the amazing lessons and just takin' your time out to take a picture!!

Ok so like during conference weekend while I was chillen at the hotel I get a text from my sister Sinai saying CONGRATS!!! and to my surprise I was like CONGRATS on WHAT?? she then text you took first place in the inches lost contest at the WV rec...WOOHOO I FINALLY win a contest taking home the trophy LOL. I had won a bunch of goodies from a yoga ball, yoga mat, lipstick tray, gift card to smashburger, lotion picture frame I think there was more just don't remember what else LOL I had a picture but dunno what I did with it...SO YAY to me and my lil sis placing 5th place. Now I just need to get my act together so I can place in the BIGGEST LOSER competition at the WVCFFC here's wishing Silia and I luck to place there!!

APRIL 9-12, 2010

Oh boy where do I begin I've been totally stoked for this trip with ONE VOICE to Mesa Arizona, for it has been along time since I got to spend time with my ONE VOICE familia, and the new members in the choir. Heck I just wanted to get up and outta UTARR it was bout that time to get up and go. We left at midnight thursday night after institute and we had a total of 5 rides to leave that night the 6th ride was going to drive up the next day. In our ride was Filipe (Grandpa) the driver, MUMz (Ana Tafisi), Pongai, Tigerballz (Ruby), & my BFF (Howard). The drive was nice just relaxing and camping on my FB on the phone hahaha gotta LOVE technology, and listening to Howard and Ruby fight LOL. We was on a roll clowning and what not, we made a couple of stops here and there the drive was ridiculously crazy with tons of twists and turns like literally I was getting dizzy hahaha ok I'm over exaggerating but it really was a crazy ride. We reached Flagstaff at about 7 a.m. friday morning and Leia decided he wanted to take the lead as he was trying to pass one of the rides up the POPO clocked him bwahahaha hence the train pulling over to the gas station LOL. While we all waited the Highway Patrol came to all of the vehicles and asked for license and registration LMBO yeah everyone was worried but they had issued the drivers a warning and while they were issuing warnings the passengers of the vehicles was playing volleyball yeah you would think we'd sit still in the car NOPE always have a volleyball handy it'll kill time hahaha. Anyways we were off and more cautious now as we drove lesson learned yessireee. Anyways to make my post short we got to the FALEVAI home around 11 or noon not quite sure but they had LUNCH ready for us along with a big banner saying ARIZONA WELCOMES ONE VOICE how awesome is that. We rested for a bit Friday showered and got dressed to head on to the children's hospital to sing, what an amazing experience it was to just have the opportunity to sing there, the smile on the kids & parents faces were priceless...we then headed over to Rocky Hamilton's place where he and his ARIZONA Krew would be BBQin' for us we just chilled and played vball as some went swimming just relaxing and fun overall pretty beat but the AZ peeps wanted to chill but we on the other hand was to tired and said we'll chill tomorrow so off to sleep we went. Girls at the Falevai's and guys to Ray Mataele's house. This was the first trip I had gone on that we had to separate guys and girls we're sooo use to be all together but it was good cause I had the opportunity to meet alot of the girls that I didn't know before hence my lil roomies Vicelia, Ketura, Deisha, Mere, so glad to have met these young ladies and to get to know them more. Saturday morning we were volunteering at the SHAPE UP ARIZONA really really fun, and I also had the opportunity to meet Sione and Filipe FA who have inspired me to get up and get moving that was a big HIGHLIGHT for me, after the volunteer work we headed back to the Mesa chapel where the Falevai's had lunch for us and we had gameday boi was the AZ heat kickin' my "A" woah like seriously if i was to live there I think I'd be skinny LMBO cause I drank more then I ate...Uncle Gilbert & Auntie Luti came over to take Lupi and I out but according to rules of the choir we couldn't really go hoiii so we told Uncle that we'd hit him up. Later on that evening we had attended the DANCE they had held for us Anapou did a tauolunga and Nia did her selenas routine off the hook. Anyways that was that we had hit up uncle that we were gonna come on through to his house we meaning Me, Lupi, Vicelia, Ketura, Deisha, Masi, as we were headed there we came across some trials but before that we went to Jack in the box hella funny incident...Masi was ordering his food and he was totally outta it like he was literally tired while he was ordering i just kept hearing the guy say ok maam is there anything else and he kept sayin maam, i heard the guy the first time but didnt think masi heard anyways to make a long story short mas finally heard him say maam...MASI YELLED BACK ITS SIRRRR bwahahaha, then when we go to the window to pay i notice the guy in the window and we're slowly moving forward the guy sticks out his head and yells SIR SIR SIR bwahahaha we all busted up laughing cause masi was sooo not awake he had to reverse back to the window...as we pulled up to wait for our food the guy in the window hella rolled his eyes and we started laughing even more. Anyways we got to unk's house and lupi and i go to change and we jump into the pool OMG talk about freezing then we hear masi and lu and i decided to get out and just change to head back home cause apparently we broke the rules LMBO as we were driving i just let it get to me and i was hecka going off saying stuff I shouldn't of said and bless masi's heart with his comforting words has calmed me down saying you know we're here for a good cause and satan will do anything to break our OV family apart with that being said I had humbled myself and thought you know your right. Everyone else went to Mo's house to chill while we came strait home after takin' the one dip in the pool, we got home and we all jumped on the futon in our room Lu, me, deisha, ketura, Vicelia fun time good laughs and good time getting to know them LOVE these lil ones. Sunday was overall AMAZING it was testimony meeting and I had been crying all night and morning just filled with the comfort and love of our savior I was prompted to stand up and share my testimony (something that I was totally surprised) but the spirit totally took over me and has humbled me alot, also being able to see family David & Nancy Bloomfield amazing, later on that night we had our fireside, man was the spirit totally there soo grateful for the LOVE of our father in heaven to guide us and to prompt us with his teachings there was sooo many inactives and non members at the fireside to hear them tell us how they have been touched is amazing I LOVE THIS GOSPEL. Unk hit us up about coming to his house and we did go YAY midnight swimming and unk & auntie feeding the choir as they jamm. I LOVE MY FAMILY, I LOVE MY OV FAMILY, and I LOVE THIS GOSPEL many more trips to come enjoy the pics as I have enjoyed sharing the gospel through music with my OV family!!

It's a beautiful cold Easter morning, I checked out of the hotel about 9ish and headed for home with Lupi and Ana to spend time with our families. I got home in time to watch the first session with mom and Ailini (dad went to the stake center to watch conference in tongan). Mom was actually surprised we came home pretty early I told her that I wanted to be with everyone for our potluck get together and she said YES we're going to Silia's house right after the first session, boy was conference amazing I mean don't get me wrong it's always amazing but this conference just totally hit me bigtime I think it was the fact that I really listened with my heart like literally, it was break and we had 2 hours to head on over to silly's place when we got there Silia was baking sugar cookies oh my my a weakness I will forever have LOL, so yeah mom and I sat there and just ate, ate and ate LOL never put a plate of cookies infront of me cause it will seriously disappear LOL. Well Brian and Sel and the kiddies came over along with Soni and He'a, Silia told me and the boiz to go and hide the eggs, and of course Brian wanted to help boy was that so much fun, the funniest was watching the kids peek through the window and get all excited to head out to hunt for the already seen eggs (especially Daniel). I freakin' LOVE my family and have simply been blessed with the best...company was wonderful, food was yummy, and the messages was very much needed another memorable holiday!

April 2-4, 2010

For the past couple of months I've been wanting to book a room at the hotel just to kick it with the first cuddies, but no one really got back to me and I just decided to book one anyways I told Lupi about it and she was all for it so I figured what the hey lets just do this. So Friday night I went to the stake center cause ONE VOICE was singing at a baptism for Lupi's ward. Oh how I miss these performances the spirit was definitely there and the company with the ONE VOICE family is ALWAYS MEMORABLE. After we had sang they had a eating and Lupi and them was pretty much in charge of prepping and whatnot so of course I had to wait for all the stuff to get loaded and clean, thank goodness that was a fast process. I was sooo ready to just check in and just knock the heck OUT, ok not really more like just check in and just be away LOL! As silly as it sounds but getting away for a minute just to the city was amazing and spending it with the lil sistah's and catching up was a definate PLUS, things I haven't known and glad to know I LOVE ma Fili sistah's. So we finally arrive at the HILTON and it was pretty busy with it being conference weekend and all, hence the reason we booked the room to be closer to the temple, and for conference. We got settled in and the minute Lupi hit the bed homegirl was totally OUT lmbo which was all good cause our plans was to just stay indoors and just have ME time pretty much, it was funny tho cause I got endless text messages asking where you at? and are you not coming to the dance? LOL yeah pretty shocking but to tell you the truth I'm not a fan of dances hahaha. So we ended up just watching movies in our room, funny thing is when we got in we was to lazy to to drive and Lu's like wait I have an idea, next thing I know she's calling the front desk asking if the shuttle can take us to the store LMBO who does that?? (Leave it to VAINI to think of that LOL)...Lu gets off the phone and was like dang it they only take you to the airport I couldn't stop laughing thanks for trying tho LU LMBO! So we end up knocking out we keep saying lets go swimming and just end up laying there. Well Lu eventually knocked out and Ana and I was just chillen watchin' tv we almost left Lu to go swimming but we didn't we had to stay together LOL. Anyways she eventually woke up and that was about midnight to one ish hahaha, and we decided to get up and drive somewhere to eat uhhh yeah driving around (yeah we full on drove in a circle) we finally found a wendy's and a chevron for drinks...ok scary moment we reached drive thru at wendy's when we turned to drive upto where you order these freaky guys come walking around the corner we're like oh shizz not good LOL, the 2 guys walked past and this asian guy stops dead on in front of my ride I'm thinkin' holy cow are we in trouble...then I hear his homeboiz yell his name and he like snaps outta it how bout this dude hecka knocked out standing up in front of my ride and I'm hella rolling up my windows you just never know right LOL that was the only scary experience we had LOL. Got to our room ate and started watching fugitive LMBO yeah huh way to scare ourselves more hahaha.

Saturday Morning got up at 7 am and sat up and was thinkin' we should go swimming before we listen to conference and ummm yes indeed we did go swimming early in the morning the plus side to it...having the pool to ourselves we was getting a little to camera happy with the self timer LOL you'll see that in the pics. After swimming we went back up to our room showered and got ready intime for the session to start oh how wonderful was this saturday for once in my life I stayed up and took notes the whole saturday....during the break before 2nd session we decided we needed to get our snacks and something to eat before we sat down to pay attention to the second session of conference. We hit up Fresh Market and Lupi treated to L&L need I say more we were totally set for the day. CONFERENCE was amazing I'm sooo grateful for our wonderful leaders for instilling the messages that I really NEEDED to hear. We wanted to go swimming again so about 10ish (P.M.) we decided to head down to the pool OH MY HEAVENS everyone and they momma's was in the pool so we just walked around Lupi ran the treadmill with her red boots GOOO VAINI right if you forget your running shoes run with what you got and that's vaini for yah;), hey it beat the poly guy that was running barefoot LOL to bad I didn't get a picture of him LOL. We then found out that they had a sauna oh yeah first time in the sauna I LOVED it time to attend one soon, meeting members from all over in the small sauna was PRICELESS, hearing how they were converted was awesome, we're planning another getaway I'm actually thinkin' of booking one for a girls night out with my siblings and my nieces it'll be fun. LOVE MY FAMILY ETERNALLY!!

OK, OK, OK I know I'm like back tracking and writing backwards but I needed to add this into my blog so when I look back I can still remember the things I've done for 2010, and it's actually been things that I would never in my life dare to do. But with it being a new year it's time to step it up a notch right? so with that being said I had been the BIGGEST FAN of BIGGEST LOSER since Sione and Filipe Fa was on the show and maybe even before they appeared, but seeing some poly's on the show actually made me wanna be on it to or even push myself to workout and whatnot. So the more I watched the show the more I said to myself WOW that could be me you know. So back in January I had decided to inbox Sione about details as to how to get on and whatnot, he's like the coolest guy being as big as he is now and having the time to email me back was awesome. So he says try going to a live audition in your area to find that out go to the nbc site, if you find a audition in your area let me know and I'll try and get you a VIP pass to get in. I never did that until somebody had posted the date of BL being in SLC when I saw that I hit up Sione again saying hey I found and audition can you help me out? I didn't hear back from Sione for awhile so I was thinkin' oh he can't help me out so I mine as well give up right?? WRONG...I got an email the week of the auditions which was like March 18,2010 saying for me to email the producer and he'll send me the V.I.P pass through an attachment and will guarantee me to the front of a line, excited right?? NO more like saying ummm It's 2 days before the actual audition will DJ really email me back? that's where I was wrong again DJ (the producer her in SLC) did email me the VIP the next day did my heart race YES it sure did, was I NERVOUS? maybe just a little bit LOL, Dj said for Katie (a co-worker of mine) and I to come after one so we did and when we drove up to the KSL studio boy was the LINE freakin' LONG...our thoughts when we walked upto the front was Oh gosh we're gonna have some haters hatin' when we walk past them LOL, but hey we were blessed to have the opportunity to go to the front of the line. By this time my heart was hecka racing, we get to the front of the line with no problems I'd have to say the people are sooo friendly wish we actually got to stand in line longer cause talking to them was really cool and rushing the app we had to fill out was sooo not cool LOL anyways we get into the studio they took us in with groups of 20 and 10 at a table...talk bout not even fully being there my mindset LOL, I was still in shock that I was actually in the studio. Anyways they only gave us 7 mins and asked us 3 questions.

1. Name, age, Occupation
2. What food is your weakness?
3. What is the biggest reason you don't exercise?

And I answered
1. Caroline Misinale, 32, QC manager
2. SUGAR
3. I need the motivation and extra push

Well with that being said they had said we'll call back in 3-5 hours from now (so if you get a call from area code 310 make sure you answer) if you make this round but don't be discouraged if you don't get a call back, we suggest everyone go home and make a video and send it in. Katie and I felt really good about it and whatnot, got to thinkin' when it hit 10pm that I wasn't getting that call back:( yeah I was sad but at the same time happy I went out of my comfort zone to do something I would have never thought in my life of doing. When I had talked to katie the next day I said you know what when I talked to my mom she said I don't think you girls are heavy enough...I told mom hello they needa weigh me to see how much I weigh LOL, when I talked to katie I told her what mom said to me cause when I look back Katie and I were the smallest ones in our group of 10 people, yeah for once I felt skinny for that 7 mins LMBO overall I'm not going to give up on my weightloss challenge and I still want to make my video to send in cause you just never know right? if not then I'm still going to challenge myself to lose weight:)!! My overall experience for the BL audition PRICELESS!!

Hello my fellow BLOGGERS so it's been awhile since I've really sat down and jotted down my feeling on the happenings of my life, and trust me alot has happened and whatnot but I need to jump back on the banwagon and start up again. This past saturday (March 27, 2010) we ONE VOICE had a fundraiser (Hawaiian plate sale) to raise some money for our AZ trip and boy it's been awhile since we've traveled as a choir and what better time then to start right after general conference:). It's been awhile since I've been back with the group but let me tell you it's sooo good to be singing with them again for one it's helped me grow spiritually and 2 the people in the group and great company, and ALL the memories I've had with them are priceless down below are a couple of pic's from my phone I wish I took more but was the driver for the store runs LOL. Cheers to ONE VOICE for fundraising a great amount of mula and to the Maumau's for helping us make the yummy food!

I have to tell you a cool experience tho while ana and I was running around to stores grabbing last minute things. While we were standing in the produce area a palangi girl approached us saying: Sorry to be so Random but would any of you be interested in playing on the Utah Blitz Women's football team LOL, can you imagine my reaction to her comment LOL, while we were talking I hear UT BLITZ from a male's voice look over and the girl says meet Mike Ramos he's one of our coaches, I laughed and said hey I remember you from high school he graduated in '94 and he's like what you went to granger to I said yes sir graduated in '96...anyways she's been saying how they've been trying to recruit some poly's to the team but they haven't really had any luck and so she said that they will be at granger high football field practicing from 2-7pm. Well I decided to take the offer so after runnin' around and helping out with One Voice I decided to head on over to Granger to see what they had to offer. Believe me it was pretty trippy to see women geared up in the football gear running around and tackling heck yeah was what I was thinking full body contact I think I can hang, more like I'm so ready to lay some girl out flat LOL, then the minute I saw them conditioning I said to myself "OH MY HELL, I'M GONNA DIE" LOL but on the positive side it'd be good to get into shape, and to hit some girls at the same time bwahahaha ok don't wanna sound violent cause I'm not that kinda person but I've always wanted to play football when I was younger just didn't think my mom would approve LOL, anyways click here to read more about the Utah Blitz, so I talked to Coach Ramos about joining when I get back from the AZ he said I should be fine if I don't play this year I'll train with them and next year for sure I'll handle that field LOL, so here's to getting my A whooped and trying something different from volleyball LOL.

So it's been awhile since I've blogged and a lot has just been crossing my mind...Discouragements, Disappointments, and just a whole lot of Frustrations I tend to think A LOT about why things happen, or why aren't I being blessed with things that I see others with when I was cleaning my purse I found this little letter that one of my friends gave me awhile back. Boy was it an eye opener and a blessing to come across it, something I needed at this time of dating and getting to know the opposite sex. So I tend to BLOG the next day when things happen only because at this moment I'm without a computer at home, that will hopefully change soon. So yesturday 1/5/2010 was the birthday of the 'Iongi DIVA's turning the BIG 6 years of age, boy has the time flew by where did the days go I still remember the day Silia went into the hospital to give birth I sat in her room while mom and Rubin went into the delivery room, this was the day I decided to call in just so I can see these precious little angels, and boy were they little. I was soo excited for my little sis to not only be blessed with one child but to be able to carry 3 and full term was a blessing that is as well, Silia is just a diehard period:). I got the opportunity to help out my little sis bring these little ones up, I can't say there little anymore cause they just turned six. I just find it a blessing to be a part of there lives and just want them to know how much I TRULY LOVE THEM.

After I had got off work I decided to head on over to Old Navy to get the girls some clothes, and me going into the store to shop for kids is a BAD mistake, cause sometimes I just go overboard, good on the kids bad on my wallet LOL. I actually ended up getting them each a pillow that way when they sleep on the pillow they can ALWAYS think of AUNTIE KALO, I know right sounds kinda corny but I thought kinda thought it was cute hahaha. Anyways before I hit up ZUMBA I went to wally world to grab the girls there own individual cakes and you can't have cake without ice cream, while I was there I also ordered Morena's birthday cake for saturday...Mom's planning on celebrating the girls day with a feast woohoo, gotta LOVE food LOL. So I got that ordered can't wait to see it on saturday. So after our kickbutt ZUMBA class the girls rode with me to there house to sing to them I figured we NEED to sing on the girls REAL birthday and then Saturday we can sing again LOL, so we head out there and the girls are holding there gift trying to guess what they got...Of course they guessed pillows but I told them NOPE your wrong I didn't want to spoil it for them. We get to there house and they're telling there mom that they wanted to open there gift but silia was like not yet we need to find the camera LOL. Anyways long story short the girls opened there gift and just to see the smile on there face was PRICELESS, thank you sis for letting me be a part of the girls life, and thanks Rubin for cookin' good food to cause I was starving LOL. Another goal of mines to to at least get a little something for the kids Birthdays. LOVE my Nieces & Nephews as well as my Brother's and Sister's I'd do anything for them.

Boy has it been awhile since I've blogged my bad on my part no excuses at all. With it being the NEW YEAR and all resolutions to be made, goals to be set and me thinking to myself what can I do differently this year? I've struggled in 2009 a whole lotta "ISH" and I let it get to me. This year I plan on going with the flow and whatever happens happens, Lifes to short to dwell on the past, it's now time to look forward to BIGGER & BETTER things:)!!

Bringing in the NEW YEAR was good fun with the ones I LOVE the most Mi Familia, I haven't really spent a whole lotta time with my family but I'll tell you this when I do I NEVER want it to end...I'm sooo grateful to make it through another year, do I "REGRET" anything from 2009??......NO I don't cause I can honestly tell you I learned from it all GOOD & BAD.

Things that I "WANT" to accomplish this year will be achieving the goals I have in mind.

1. Attending ALL church meetings
2. Pay a full tith
3. Getting out of DEBT
4. LOSING WEIGHT
5. Being a better person

There is plenty more that I need to accomplish this year that's just a few. I'm going to stay positive and live life to the FULLEST in 2010 cheers to the NEW year hope y'all have some goals set for this year!!

Spiritually Fed

My spiritual level hasn't been all that great, but the fact that I have a loving heavenly father to help me come back and never gives up on me is just the best feeling ever. I've moved my records to the singles ward for quite some time but since the move I haven't been as active as I should be. This past sunday I finally had the blessing and the opportunity to attend ALL meetings of the singles ward thanks to my sister's (Lupi & Ashley) for the extra push and encouragement to stay, and partake of his goodness. I know alot of the YSA's have looked down on the SL2nd ward, but to tell you the truth if they would just give the ward just one try they would absolutely LOVE IT. I've never felt the spirit so strong throughout the meetings I LOVE the feeling and hope that the YSA that are still attending the family ward comes and partake of the goodness in which I've been receiving I'm sooo thankful for this gospel and the understanding that I have, I'm FAAARRRR from perfect, but I'm willing to strive to be a better person. I LOVE my Savior and I'm grateful for his atonement for this I am able to repent of my wrong, need I say more the church is true and HE LIVES!! I wish sunday can be everyday.

I've been slacking on blogging about the happenings in my life, I guess you can say I'm a busy woman LMBO (or at least I think I am LOL). Anyways last week saturday I was able to attend disney on ice with my little sister and the diva's (Melenaite, Ruby, Morena, Ailini), and Aiona (Liki) her daughter Sioana, and niece Beeps. Can I just tell you that I've been waiting ALL week to attend this hence the fact that this would be my first time at the Energy Solutions building and attending disney on ice. So therefore I was like a little kid in a candy store all excited for the show.

The cute thing about this whole "SURPRISE"<<<<-------according to my nieces (something my lil sister Silia does for her girls, she doesn't tell them where they're going until they get there)and that's something I plan on doing with my kids when that day comes. Anyways Silia and the fun bus came on over and swooped up Ailini and I and off we went to the energy solutions building. So we get there and we go inside to pick up our tickets, we had an hour to kill I believe so the girls start running around then we tell 'em to sit down, next thing you know you hear the girls singing down by the banks of the hanky panky so dang cute, cause by this time the beautiful little girls have caught the attention of the workers and people that were waiting to, I KNOW the other kids wanted to join LOL. Well the time came, to scan our tickets to go in the girls getting a little more antsy as the guy scans our ticket he say's who's ticket is this they can't go in, I hear a quick response "Peanut" (Ruby) says oh that's not my ticket LOL it was too funny and cute at the same time cause I can sense the excitement yet they still have no clue why we're there. So we climb to flight of stairs (which with a bad knee is sooo not good LOL), and the minute you walk in it's disney princess EVERYWHERE, I couldn't help to laugh when I hear the little voice of "Peanut" say to my sister "MOM ARE WE IN DISNEYLAND" such a cute little remark and I hear No peanut you'll see, talk bout souvenir's galore LOL, and the prices were outrages LOL just wish I had the funds to get the girls a few little things but it's all good they understand (I hope). Well we finally make our way to our seats and WOW is all I can say seeing the castle on the ice was to dang cute, but what was even cuter was hearing the girls scream their little guts out when tinker bell came out on the ice, such a wonderful show. I think this totally needs to be a traditional event...Thanks Silia for letting me sidebust with you and the diva's Love your guts until next time!! P.s. Can't forget the laughs with Aiona freakin' crack up!! WOOHOO WE LOVE IT

So I decided thursday night that I would go with Silia and the diva's to go on a Witch Hunt at Gardener Village. And so I sent out a text message to one of my co-workers (Merridy) to please tell the boss that I will be using PTO for FRIDAY (Oct 30, 2009), I mean I thought I deserved the break to and Lord KNOWS I sooo needed it, especially with the knee problems and whatnot. Anyways so come early morning friday I kinda slept in til 8 a.m, only cause mom came into the room to ask me if I'm going to work, I was quick to respond NO I'm going on a witch hunt with silia and the girls and I'm gonna take Lini with me LOL. With that being said I jumped up and jumped into the shower and got ready, funny thing is sinai's twin boys (Brydan & Gideon) was excited until I said to them sorry boys this is only a girls adventure and all I can here is AWWWW that's not fair. Well I didn't quite fall for that so I said boiz maybe next year for now it's just a girls day!! Anyways we (Lini & I) headed on over to meet up Silia and her triplets at her house and head on over to find the witches. Man all I have to say is my little sister is such an AMAZING mother especially finding little things to do with her girl's to keep 'em close I LOVE how she is with her girls, never seems to surprise me with the little activities she has with them, and I'm soo glad she invited me and Lini to go with them on this witch hunt (I wanna be just like her, when I have kids:)!!). Anyways the minute we got there it was FREEZING but that didn't stop us, this being my first time there I FELL in LOVE with the place such a CUTE place. We had found all the witches and when we were done we headed on over to the bakery for our $.25 cookies along with a donut, muffin top and other goodies LOL!! We then headed over to Chili's afterwards for some real food especially the paradise pie:)...this day was sooo worth taking it off, Thanks little sis for allowing me to join you and my beautiful nieces ON THIS WITCH hunt can't wait til the next hunt, this time we'll bring the boiz!!

So saturday morning I wake up to my mom calling me to come out and help the kids carve their pumpkins while she runs to the store to grab some things and here are some pic's of the kids having fun with there pumpkins to decorate grandmas house, which by the way gma went all out with the kids. My neices and nephews are sooo lucky to have a grandma that spoils them all with LOVE, and just being with them, mom always jokes with me saying you need to hurry find a husband so you can have kids while I'm still strong and she's right cause these kids are sooo dang lucky to have and active grandma. This is the day we've ALL been waiting for to come the annual fili corn maze get together, well at least I do anyways. Last year we went with those who were able to attend, and same goes to this year it was soo good to see more come out this year just hoping that next year ALL will be able to make it. For those of you who don't know how we roll it's pretty deep LOL no but for real, we LOVE to laugh, love to clown, and can be a tad bit loud when we all together put that all together you get nothing but CRAZY ideas and stories LOL. So I've been KNOWN for being on my knees in the haunted house or the haunted corn maze anything haunted you can guarentee me on the floor I just get sooo clumsy and you'll see a few pic's that I'll be posting up.

Anyways to start off the evening we had planned to all meet up at the Lapuaho household to have chili dogs or just plain chili however you prefer, and to say prayer before we head on out to the corn maze, we'd like to make this a tradition so the kids have something to look forward to every year and so far it's been the laugh of the year every year we've gone. When we got to the corn maze everyone was all hyped and ready to go in and get the maps punched so we can hurry and hit up the Haunted corn maze part. I my group for the regular maze was Sela Kauvaka, Ana Lapuaho, Lupi and I. Funny thing was my sister Sinai called it the YSA group cause it was just us and what made this even more funnier cause instead of finding the numbers in order we were sooo finding them randomly see pics below LOL

It was pretty funny cause we'd hear Silia and her group shout we found it and we'd go running over there sayin' ok woohoo, it was funny cause I could hear Kelly say y'all mine as well go backwards since your not going in order LMBO. It's always good fun to see the kids have fun let alone the YSA, and the ADULTS! We finally finished up the regular corn maze and we come out greeted by all those who have finished before us Phil, ash, crys and there group. And all I can hear was Ashley sayin' I was waiting for you guys so we can go to the Haunted maze cause I love to see y'alls reaction of the monsters we were like yeah yeah lets go stand in line as we were standing in line there was a group of palangi's standing there and mind you I'm minding my own business talking to Lupi when all of a sudden I see a shadow walk past me OMG is all I can think of and I started screaming as if I saw a ghost I kinda pushed some people aside to get away from the guy I can't help it it's natural I just pick up and move hahaha, well then it didn't help that the guy taking the tickets were even more uglier that I started screaming in his face I actually started to run into the tunnel when the guys like I NEED your ticket LOL, so I walk back with my eyes covered with my hands and my cousin ash askin' me where's your ticket and me sayin' it's in my pocket as ashleys trying to grab my ticket out of my pocket I'm slowly movin' through the tunnel hoping I don't come face to face with an ugly monster (you would think I would be fine knowing that it's not real) but uhhh negative everything in my book is real LOL. As we go through the maze the girls start walking faster and me with my jacked up knee is trying to keep up with them when we come to this barn looking thing I'm thinkin' in my head this can't be good, as we go through I believe they were clowns I don't know cause half the time my eyes are either closed or I'm just trying to rush through so I don't get chased by anything well the clown chases lupi one end and I'm goin' through the side hecka funny dodging the ugly lookin' clowns, anyways we come out and it's a graveyard OH MY HELL is all I'm screaming with some not so nice words LOL as the girls go through I'm like trying to catch my breath when I hear something behind me I take off running as clumsy as I am I can feel the un level floor and my feet start to lose balance and I go sliding forward like I'm sliding to home base bwahahahaa yeah with my camera in hand thinking I was going to catch lupi, or even ash fall flat on there face ummmm it gets worse the girls are ahead of me (Lupi, Ash, Ann) and Sela next to me askin morena are you ok, I'm like can y'all help me Lupi comes rushing to me I'm thinking she's coming to help me up ummmm WRONG homegirl comes to me grabs the camera out of my hands and starts snapping pics of me in the dirt to make it worse Sela was helping me up when Ash was like no SEL keep her down for the pic, and what does sela do?? she pushes me back down and you'll see her posing in the pic LOL, and this is why these guys love having me in there group cause I'm constantly on the floor no lie, and we can laugh for days after the fact...they can ALL testify I can guarentee that. Ok so you think that was the last time I fell ummmmm NO try I fell like 3 more times after that. Good thing Lupi didn't have the photo's of those this fall in particular I kinda wish she did cause I actually had some heros LOL, so we were running through the corn field I really don't remember what part it was I just remember hearing the CHAINSHAW and you best believe I'm not paying attention to NO ONE or NOTHING not even my surroundings LOL. When I saw the chainsaw guy go after Lupi I thought I was clear...WRONG another one came out of the field and went after me and Sela poor sela I felt back because I must've grabbed her and tossed her aside to I can pass and while I did that I lost my balance and fell back into the corn field landing on my back still hella screaming for help and laughing at the same time while I was down on my back I can hear people then I look up and all I can hear was Ta'ahine, Ta'ahine let us help you OH MY HELL I almost thought I was in heaven surrounded by so many guys LMBO how come I threw my hands over my faces nodding my head I'm fine I'm fine LOL, all these hands reaching out to get me up I looked and I see Lupi coming back hella rolling. We continue through the maze and reach this black balloon looking thing I'm like OMG don't tell me we have to crawl throught that when ASH was like no i think we need to walk through it well ash was the leader and all of a sudden she disappears LMBO homegirl hella fell on her back in the balloon thing cause an ugly monster looking monkey popped up infront of her LMBO hella funny at least I wasn't the only one that fell in aye, it was funny watching ash cause she was fighting with my 12 yr old nephew to make him go in the scary parts gotta LOVE IT well we finally reach the end HELLA laughing cause I'm covered in dirt and sweaty. Boy was it a memorable night we continue to the fambam to have cocoa and donuts and I can hear everyone clowning on me sayin I looked like one of the victims that survived the twin towers covered in all that dirt good times with the family love them sooo much, I told the sisters I think I'ma have to retire these haunted things and they all said NOOOO you can't LOL hope you enjoyed this blog as much as I enjoyed falling in the corn maze makin' the memories last a century LOL. Pain, Pain, Pain

So the past couple of days I've been ignoring the fact that my knee is bothering me and thinking it's ok you just gotta work it out and whatnot...well wednesday & thursday night is volleyball night right? well with my knee being in not so great shape I played those two nights as if it wasn't injured well last night totally killed me seriously just getting on my bed knee first killed me, and this morning takin' IBprofen which I NEVER do (I hate pills, I'd much rather heal naturally)...yeah that's how bad my knee hurts, but seriously with my trainer:( (sinai) I'll be lifting with her starting next week I need to strengthen the muscles around my knees so here's to having a painful injury but gonna suck it up and fight it cause I NEED TO GET IN SHAPE for ME & some other reasons;) have some major goals and hope to accomplish it!!

Other then that I've been slacking on eating what's right but still haven't gained or loss hoii can this fatt just please melt away I wanna make some faces drop Bwahaaha gotta love the theme song but that seriously is my motivation as well as being healthier...I LOVE my family and sooo thankful for there support next year is sooo my year for bigger and better things.

Last night I was able to attend the cycling class with my sister in law Sela and my goal was to stay for the full hour. Did I last you ask? HECK TO THE YAH I lasted and I can honestly tell you that I was sooo proud of myself for doing this, Sela was such a diehard I think she's found a new LOVE hahaha I mean cause I have to tell you cycling is NOT the easiest thing to do mind you the seat isn't that big LMBO, but I've come to ignore the pain and enjoy the workout that it totally gives me. I just had to thank my sister in law for checking up on me constantly cause the day before I jacked up my knee during zumba and it literally hurt when I bent it but I was determined to finish the class. Thank you Sela for instilling that little voice in my head (Baby Daniel's voice cheering me on Go Kalo, Go Kalo)...he's such a cutie I LOVE MY FAMILY and the support they have been giving me all these years, I'm sorry it's takin' me 31 years to realize they do LOVE AND CARE for me. When I got home last night I checked my text messages and got a message from my older sister Sinai saying she posted a link on my Facebook page, she said when she heard the song she totally thought of me..I have to thank her for the song and also for pushing me to hit the gym, for the shoes and just being the wonderful older sister that she is...THANKS SIS this is NOW my new THEME song. It's just sad that guys nowadays look past the inner beauty and judge the girl on the outter beauty much love to my family because I've BEEN BLESSED with the BEST!!! I'm sooo gonna make his FACE DROP LOL no but for real...thanks family for all your encouragements and examples I LOVE YOU ALL SOOO MUCH!!

CYCLING

Ok so last night I went to the rec for the kickboxing class, but the more I sat with mom and talked the more I was like ok mom I'll go with you to the cycling class to give it a try. The minute we walked in I was already nervous, or was it scared LMBO ok maybe a mixture of both..I walk in with mom and we see the instructor she was sooo bubbly and fun, it made me a little confident as to making the decision to stay and give it a try. Mom was soo funny when she saw there was no seats for the bikes she was like OMG I don't think I can stand and ride the bike the whole hour we just started laughing the instructor says no I need to go grab the keys to open the door for the seats LOL, thank goodness cause I was actually thinkin' the same thing (there is NO way I'm standing the whole time LOL). So the instructor helps us adjust our seats bless her heart cause I was kinda lost hahhaa, no but the class started and I was feeling good then when we were racing and making the pressure of the pedal harder I was sweatin' like a waterfall (that's a good thing right?). Then the toosh started hurting boy was I in for it, she had us standing sitting speeding and with the new shoes oh my lord help me get through the class was what I was honestly thinking LOL, above is a picture of the bikes can you see the seats can they be any harder bwahahaha...anyways I only lasted a half hour of class and boy did I feel like I was going to pass out, but I didn't thanks goodness, the other half hour I went to kickboxing and got my a** whooped more like handed to me cause I was soo tired from the cycling class, more props to mom cause she stayed the full hour. So how did I like the cycling class you ask? I actually LOVED the fact that it got my heart racing and my legs and abs burning, and my A** burning to LMBO but in the end it's not that bad, the only thing I wish they had SOFTER CUSHION seats LOL. Cause boy am I feeling the pain this morning LOL. But overall my experience with cycling was a good one. Will I try it again?? YES with more comfortable shoes!!

Alrighty so it's been awhile since I've blogged about my working out and whatnot, and NO I didn't stop working out I'm still trying my hardest...I guess you can say the hardest thing for me would be the eating part...I'm slowly getting that down but at the same time trying harder to increase my workout session. And for the pass month I was challenged by my sister Sinai that if I was to hit the gym at least 4 days a week for a month she would buy me any shoes I want, and guess who WON?? woohoo YAY me for once in my life I WON something LOL thanks Sinai for the encouragement I'm sooo ready to put these shoes to work...Love yah!!

This weekend has been amazing, especially sunday being the beginning and new start with ONE VOICE, and I figured for me to. I haven't been as active as I should be, but having the opportunity with a new beginning has been a blessing. Yesturday the choir had the blessing to sing 2 musical numbers at the singles ward and if you haven't heard the choir its truly amazing not because I'm in it but seriously the spirit is just amazing, and the lives in which I've seen change from being a part of the choir is the best feeling ever. So after we had sang we headed on over to Mark & Stacy's house to make our chicken wraps for the opening of our fast, we had so much fun chillen at Mark's house this is what I missed so much about the choir was just being with them and laughing and reminsing about the good 'ol days all that came to the house was: Lupi, Mele Tangulu, Lela Utuone, Masi, Daisy, Lopa, and me it was just soo much fun. We got to the chapel at about 5:30 p.m. And we started about 6 pm and we started off with introducing ourselves and games omg sooo much fun, to break the ice then we had Anya Pasi give the spiritual thought OMG this girl is just amazing she started off the crying session, we then went around our room to express our most memorable feelings and testimony, man I had the urge to just express my feelings on how much I've been struggling and all I'm sooo THANKFUL for this group of people and of course my family and friends that have seriously helped me choose to come back and see the light. We've played a couple of games instead of practicing just so that everyone could feel comfortable around each other. We finally finished all that and went and got started eating and whatnot, then afterwards we had got together to fk ma'u our au kai and Lupi had the blessing to do that, omg her prayer was truly amazing I'm totally excited for what the Lord has in store for me I just need to work towards it. I had exchanged numbers with one of the guys in the choir he's sooo amazing I had got home and received a text from him.

Last night was sooo much fun I had the opportunity to go with the Granger 8th YSA to do some service at the Utah food bank and I'm indeed grateful to be able to attend, what better thing to do then do service, Lord knows I NEEDED to do some good:). I got off work at about 5 p.m. I had texted Leslie to tell her not to leave I was on my way home to change, then I'll be meeting them at the stake center, she responded oh girl no worries I'm still at home LOL. Anyways I got to the chapel and the only car there was Evalisi and in her ride was Kakala, & Nesi, she said it was normal that they are known for starting LATE LOL, all good cause I was just excited that I was FINALLY attending a church activity sad huh, but true it's always a blessing to know your doin' some good. Well the time was going by I had hit up masi to come and join in on the activity and it was good for him as well cause he's NEVER done service there so it was good on his part to (plus I'm trying to reactivate him and myself, so I told him I was going to do that much LOL). Well about 4:45 p.m. came and we were getting ready to head out in Lee's ride it was Masi, Mone, Leslie, and I and in the Tua'one Burban was Uni (driving), Liz, and Brenda, so there was a total of 9 of us that went as we were driving we, we see the Burban come to our side and Uni saying I think we're gonna die LOL (the car that is) so we pull over to the carwash and the burban was just smoking like bad so we all go situated and decided that we were gonna park the burban at the bank across the street in glendale, and had Uni jump in our ride, and liz and brenda in Lisi ride anyways we got to the food bank and there was actually quite a few people there already doing some sorting the took us to the back where we had sorted the boxes omg sooo much fun, especially workin' with uni, lee, and uni's boyfriend (LOL this uliuli guy that followed every table she went to LOL) so NO it's not really her BF hahaha.

Anyways we had so much fun, saw sooo MUCH chocolate and ended up bringing some home well Mone did anyways LOL too funny. Even the missionary worker that was there was like ok lets eat this kitkat (it ripped open LOL), we can't let good candy go to waste LOL yeah too funny cute little old man. Well the service project was done we got a good hour and a half almost, when we had got there, there was actually members of the hunter ward and west valley ward there, good company and good times, Thanks to Evalisi, Leslie, and Mone for putting this activity together pic's will be up shortly as soon as they upload them LOL. We then came back to the chapel and had sandwiches and played some volleyball OMG my knee's getting worse but I can't let volleyball pass HOIIII and trying to play on a hurt KNEE not so good so we'll see how that goes I took some IBprofen today so I can attend ZUMBA and VOLLEYBALL tonight I know mate ngaata'a huh anyways that's how my tuesday night went LOVED it and can't wait till the next upcoming activity!!

Ward Hopping

So I finally decided I need to get my act together and jump up and get ready for church. I got up about 8 a.m. to see Saane and Ofo off to happy valley the weekend was just good fun, and the time I had with the RED team was even more amazing especially the fact at tryin' to reactivate myself (Thank you Lupi for the extra push). I then had jumped in the shower to get ready for the first ward to attend HUNTER ward which was at 10:45 their sacrament meeting we went to see Daniel give his talk, after Daniel spoke we had to leave to catch the Triplets primary program which was at 11:45 a.m. at the KEARNS ward It was like a mad rush LOL (the triplets did an awesome job and they looked sooo BEAUTIFUL like little angels in white). After Melenaite spoke I left with Lupi, and Masi because we needed to attend to a farewell program where One Voice was singing "Precious Lord", for Beb fuka's program boy do I miss the singing days, those where the days where my spiritual level was on the utmost high. I came home to just thinking about what I'm going to do with my life, and came to the conclusion that I NEED the GOSPEL and the spiritual level to come back to the feeling I LOVED and that was by paying my tithes, scripture study, temple sessions, and personal prayers, something in which I've been lacking. I just promised myself that I would LOVE to get that spiritual feeling back and just become the strong member that I once was. I've committed to ONE VOICE again and I'm totally excited for our fast that's coming up this sunday, Lupi and I promised Masi that we would help him with the choir since he's the president and it's seriously something I'm looking forward to, ONE VOICE will be singing Dec 13, 2009 at the Kenneth Cope fireside and what better way to express our Love for our Savior through music. Here's to getting that SPIRITUAL HIGH once again!

Volleyball Tournament

Saturday was a crazy, tiring, yet fun day. Of course friday night after the photo shoot I came home and started cleaning, since mom and dad went to the funeral. While I was cleaning I been getting text messages from Lupi and Saane talking bout how stoked they are for the tournament the next day. Saane then calls me telling me she's been waiting for Ofo to get home so they can get to walmart and look for a red shirt for them to wear and possibly some tights well the time went by and then my phone rings...It's Saane sayin' she's coming down to spend the night cause Ofo had went out with her friends LOL, yeah she was kinda mad but aye gotta love the sisterly communications LOL. Then Lu text me sayin' I'm going to come and sleepover after the putu I was like woohoo we havin' a slumber partay. So then Saane says she's on her way and I'm like cool I'm just finishing up some cleaning and I'll be home waiting for them to come. Then I get a phone call from Lupi's phone and it was mom, calling and asking me how does she turn off the alarm on my truck LMBO, uhhh mom just push the lock and unlock button, I did but when I reverse the alarm goes off again I said mom just push the unlock button again Io that solved the problem.

Anyways Saane got to my house and we were waiting for Lu to call so we can run by and swoop her up to go to walmart. We get the phone call after we reached walmart and turn around to go pick up Lupi cause she needed a few things as well. Can you tell how excited we were for the tournament we went and grabbed big gatorade bottles, apples, oranges, strawberries, pears and nectarines what the healthy snacks aye, as well as some crackers, and our shirts and tight which by the way are sooo comfortable, we got home and started talking and reminsing laughing and then next thing you know its 3 a.m. uhhh yeah we have a tournament but yet we still talkin' so we knockout. Noelle was on her way about 6 or 7 a.m. when she calls we're still laying in bed she's all come on team LOL, so we all jumped up and got ready with our snacks and all LOL. We then headed out to pick up Masi and Tulu, then headed out to the the chapel where the tournament was. All that was on our team was: Saane, Lupi, Ofo, Sela, Masi, Tulu, Paula, and I we get there and teams are all ready warming up as we watch we're thinking this is going to be a good run of volley. And indeed it was to make a long story short we played from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. we were UNDEFEATED and headed to the championships where we played 3 games but lost to a good team Jr's team (Samoan team). Good fun, good company and sore body all worth it cause we all had soo much fun...Thank you sela for the invite being the owner of the team and jumping onto your Iloa team Love yah sis!!

We then (Saane, Ofo, Lupi, Masi, Tulu & I) were starving so we headed on over to Wendy's and grabbed a bite to eat soo much fun with these guys I owe them cookies thanks Masi and Tulu for being on our team you guys are amazing ball players and always good to be with the sisters. Boy can I tell yah being sore is worth the 9 hour playing time. I'm sooo ready to play on wednesday:)

OMG this pass weekend was soo much fun Friday Brian & Sela had asked if I can come with them to their family photo shoot with Brian's friend from school (Alvin Ahquin). And of course I couldn't say NO to them, Mom had left with dad to Ame's father in law funeral (Paseni Makoni), while they were leaving, Brian and Sel pulled up to pick me up and off to wheeler farm we went. I had soo much fun, I actually took my camera along with me and snapped some shots with Daniel I'll be posting those when I get my camera LOL, I left it in Lupi's gym bag and Silia now has it I'm soo forgetful these days. Utah Career College

I just got back from my appointment with Utah Career College, I know surprising aye to think I went from wanting to attend cosmetology to wanting to be placed in the medical field. With the economy being the way it is right now, and the inspiration from my older sister Lani to attend school. I decided what the heck further my education and learn more right, so I had an appointment with the college and it's really convenient being that the school is in West Jordan and close to work, and after talking with Melissa most of the classes are online, and then the classes on campus would be just one day a week, and what's even better if I can get a scholorship through my work but that I'll have to wait til october that will be totally awesome if could get that. I figured it's now or never, and right now the medical field is in need of people so here's to hoping I start winter semester if I'm lucky it might even be as early as next month...so cheers to me attempting to attend school again:)!!

Volleyball

So last night I decided to hit up the Women's volleyball tournament for our stake. I'd have to say that I'm sooo glad I went, not only was it FUN, but it was a totally kick butt workout with my sistahs: Sinai, Yvette, Lupi, Me, and a couple of friends Soloi and Leinata. Man this is a motivation to not only improve on the volleyball skills but also to keep me goin' to the gym so I can play better. This weekend is a volleyball tournament for Beb's farewell, almost like the in-laws with their own teams and after playing last night I can say BRING ON the GAME I'll be post pic's from there and report back how that goes until next time toodles!

ZUMBA

Last night I had the opportunity to hit up ZUMBA for the daily workout...cool thing was when I was pulling into the gym so was Ame, Lupi and Mino. I was going to stay only a half hour so I can catch Sinai's boy court of honor, but uhhh...guess you can say I had to much fun shaking my wootang LOL. So much fun, sweaty like crazy and and felt so good after the whole workout. When I came home you best believe I was starving but I had something light and healthy (watermelon) boy did it fill me up.

I got home at about 2:30 p.m. boy does it pay off to go into work early. I told mom that I was going to take a nap and when I get up we can go to the gym, and so she agreed I didn't know how long my nap would be but I got up at 6 pm and I could here voices outside on the front porch, it was Uncle Jayy, dad, ropes, and mom talking story, guess uncle came on by to get some help with the babysitting papers with my mom so they were chopping it up anyways I DID hit the gym and mom and I spent a good hour for me I was on the treadmill for 30 mins, then I headed downstairs and workout my arms and abs I mean gotta get rid of the LOVE handles I seriously had enough of it LOL, when I got home I thought OMG I haven't really had a meal today, besides just eating here at work. I wasn't so much hungry I mean I had a good workout and I seriously didn't want to ruin it with eating LOL, well the time went by and the hunger was starting to kick in, I downed a bottle of water to see if I was just thirsty and uhhh...that didn't help I was infact HUNGRY I didn't want to starve myself so I went in the kitchen and made me a cheese omlet ooowwweeee was it yummy, then I kinda had me 2 brownies I KNOW NOT good but today's going to be a good day I got my wristband for ZUMBA so I'll be good to go...today's workout ZUMBA, LEGS, ABS yay me!!

It's the sabbath day and and I'm totally stoked to take our family pictures today I can't remember the last family picture's we took. I got up early grabbed some breakfast, and jumped in the shower had to wash my hair and straighten it for the family photo's LOL. And I decided to attend church:). I attended everything but RS only cause we were scheduled to meet at Sinai's house at 4 so I bounced to get ready in the white top and denim bottoms and touch up the make up LOL, church was good, the lessons were amazing and the new eye candy in the ward hmmmm, makes me want to attend every sunday LOL just kidding. Today had to have been a VERY productive saturday for me. I got up at 7 a.m. just to hit the gym and mainly to grab my wristband for ZUMBA, you know gotta keep my end of the deal by hitting the gym at least 4 days a week in order to win my shoes:). I got to the gym at about 7:30 a.m. and went strait to working out the arms and legs and abs OMG did it feel good I got my 5 days in woohoo sooo wish Sinai made this deal with me waaaay before LOL. Anyways ZUMBA freakin' ALMOST killed me hahaha, but in the end it was worth it. I only stayed for the hour and went home I had some plans for 3 p.m. So when I got home I asked the twins if they wanted to help me wash my truck, oh it was soo much fun, but at the same time another workout for me...which I seriously wasn't complaining I loved it:). We then headed over to vacuum my truck, and then spent another half hour touching up on the spots we missed (I know yah picky with my truck). By the time I got home I was EXAUSTED my plans for 3:00 I was hoping would change cause I was soo beat. Anyways I got the phone call from Random which I'm thankful he called, and he was bummed and so was I ( so we had to reschedule), he had a last minute family bbq for his nephew that would be returning back to NZ, and I was just beat from the workout, washing my truck, and just running around in general, and I figured ok I'll take the nephews to hollywood since I promised them that I would before they went to school, and that is one thing you NEVER do (never promise them things, cause they will remember for days LOL). They had already started school and I totally thought they would forget uhhh...I was wrong hahahaa, but I'm glad I was able to take them they had sooo much fun. One of the boys (Brydan) said to me..."Aunty Kalo I remember when you use to have ALOT of money, you use to take us out all the time". In my mind I'm thinking he's too dang cute, me alot of money wrong kalo LOL, but I seriously miss taking the nieces and nephews out. Anyways here's to having a good time with the twins...Love you guys!! The boys were able to ride the rides UNLIMITED, and after being there for a good 4 hours I think it was totally worth it. We then headed over to Denny's for a bite to eat and then home we went...boy was it a fun weekend!!

Day 2

Today marks the 2nd day of the challenge and I'm sooo feeling good right about now (I can sooo feel the NEW shoes on my feet LOL) I mean I'm hurting right now but it's a good feeling:). It's funny how working out can change your whole attitude towards a whole lot of things seriously. Last night after getting off work I headed home to change into my gym clothes to hit up ZUMBA. Funny thing I was trying to talk mom into going with me (already knowing she can't go, due to the dr's orders staying off her feet for 3 months), I feel bad cause I KNOW how she really misses ZUMBA and just working out. Anyhoo I headed out at about 5:15 p.m. when I get a text from Sinai saying the exit was closed and she ended up in magna LOL, I was like yeah I hate traffic at this hour cause I'm stuck on the road to...and funny thing is my light in the truck is on LOW FUEL, but I couldn't have that stop me from hitting up zumba I'm doing so good so far, and I had to take the risk:O!! Anyways I MADE it thank goodness, and Sinai was actually there I have to honest with yah I was seriously nervous being off from ZUMBA for soo long, but then again having my sisters there made the CLASS soooo much FUN I LOVE it. Having my little sis stand by me pushes me harder (thanks sis your the best), and watching Sinai shaking like a salt shaker gave me and EXTRA push to shake it hard, the more you shake the more you lose is her motto:). So cheers to many more workouts to go, oh and by the way the NOT eating after 6 is WONDERFUL I'm hanging in there and so far it's not that bad, like Sinai said if you think your hungry just drink some water to see if you really are, last night I thought I was hungry sipped some water and I was good WOOHOO, can't wait to see the results THANKS SISTER'S FOR MOTIVATING ME AGAIN I'M ON A MISSION AND FOR REAL THIS TIME, NO MORE SLACKING!!

ONE MONTH 4 days a week!!

SO I had to come on through and jot down what the deal I had with Sinai was. Sinai had went to the shoe store to buy some more shoes that she liked and she sent me a pic via text message and I said hey while your at it buy me some workout shoes...Sinai responds and says lets make a deal "if you can be consistent for a month going to the gym at least four days a week I'll buy you whatever shoes you want". So in response I said HECK yeah, well yesturday (monday 8/24/09) being the first day of the challenge I set my alarm to 4:30 a.m. determined to get up and hit the gym, well my alarm went off and I jumped up got ready and hit the gym got there at about 5:05 a.m. OMG when I got on the treadmill I thought I was gonna die LOL, but when my legs started burning I seriously wanted to give up but NOPE kept thinking about my new shoes LOL. So I did my mile in 25 mins and headed downstairs workout my arms and can I just tell you when I got up this morning to hit the gym my body was in pain...but it's totally good pain so YES I made it to the gym this morning and grabbed my wristband for ZUMBA tonight oh yeah Sinai I'm fighting for my shoes LOL...Love yah sis and thanks again for my challenge.

P.s. I also committed to NOT eat after 6 p.m. and so far day one accomplished woohoo I'm soo excited, oh yeah I told Saane, Ofo, Ashley, and Lupi about this challenge Sinai gave me and Ofo challenged Saane the same thing (shoes), Ashley said she'll think of something, and Lupi is challenging herself;) sister's we can soo do this...Silia jump on with us seriously I'm having fun so far...OK chica's lets handle this!!

Last night 8/24/09 I got off work and was pretty beat (I think my body was just shocked by the early morning workout session) I had just got done washing the dishes and went to the room and started watching tv, when I knocked out. As I was sleeping I swear I heard my baby brother Daniel talking and I just started crying, cause I just heard him talking about ALL of us what he remembered or thought about us. When I decided to sit up I realized that I WASN'T dreaming, dad was actually watching a video of when sinai and her little family came down to visit Daniel from Texas when they were living out there. I sat up and just cried and realized that families are forever and I WILL be able to see him again if I do my part. It was just a trip how I heard his voice I love and miss him sooo much, but I know he's happy and reserving our heavenly home for our return.

So after the whole performances and whatnot I was just totally stoked to head out on my weekend getaway to Lindon a little small town before orem. A little bit of country and a whole lot of peace and quiet LOL. We wanted to make it a girls night out for the single ladies left in the fili fam bam but not ALL were able to make it. So it ended up just me and ashley heading out Lupi really wanted to come, but she ended up staying with her mom, to help clean up the decorations and put things away (we sure did miss her), but for sure next gathering right LU??

Anyways we headed out about 9 p.m. and it was a nice drive just talking story with ashley about what? about the guys that are freakin' SLOW in this state LOL no but for real, how frustrating it is with them, but we're NOT worried we'd much rather focus on bettering ourselves before we focus on our other half. We FINALLY reached our Lindon RANCH :) and was greeted with a smile and hug from Kelissa and Noelle. Right when we walked in I knew what room I was putting my stuff in and headed right up the stairs HOI was that a LONG climb (the fact that I'm sooo out of shape), got situated and headed down to the kitchen where Kelissa was already to make the homemade pizza's oh yeah (Thanks Kelissa they were bomb). While we sat and chatted and reminised, we just basically was catching up with each other. Uncle Dave and Auntie Kehau came down to greet us and welcome us to their humble home they were headin' out to pick up some stuff. Anyways we sat there "O" had a date so she went and we told her we'd meet up with her later, after we were stuffed with the YUMMY pizza Saane got a phone call from Danny to come over and this we did.

While we were driving Saane said did I mention Danny got a house I was like woohoo yay, and when we pulled up I was like OMG sooo freakin' cute, they have a cute place and HUGE backyard I joked with danny telling him can I make reservations for my reception here LOL it's a good size backyard (more like a track field LOL). We got there watched some rugby, which made me REALLY want to go to NZ find me a REAL MAN hahaha ok, ok, I'll be nice LOL. But we were playing with Malik what a funny kid he's a cutie. Anyways "O" got to danny's place a little before 11 p.m. and we just all watched movies listened to music and just talked...by the time we got to the Ranch:) it was after 1 a.m. the goal was to stay up and talk about which guys we thought were attractive (I mean isn't that what girl's night is all about;)!) and who was the first to knockout little miss Kelissa LOL it's all good you made us bomb pizza so we'll let that slide LOL. Then next thing you know it's silent so who knows what time we all crashed.

Sunday morning I was the first out of the bunch to get up and get ready, then headed back down to the family room and check my phone (more like camp on FB) while I wait for someone to wake up. Then I look to the couch and "O" is gone I'm assuming she went upstairs, so when Saane got up ash was still knocked out saane's like lets go eat breakfast Ofo made us some pancakes and yeah we freakin' ate some bomb pancakes with yummy rasberry jam oh gosh I can still taste it LOL. We then went sat down and Ash finally woke and went to the kitchen to grab a bite to eat, we popped in a movie (Australia) and started to watch it OMG I'm soo going to buy this movie it was to cute, a little on the long side but cute. Saane had talked us into staying for their family bbq at danny's house and boy was I glad we had chicke, beef, potato salad, pasta salad, spinach salad, otai, and I made some choc chip cookies. My weekend was just wonderful fun, AWESOME company, and really relaxing...Thank you Saane, and Ofo, as well as Uncle and Auntie and Danny, Vika, Malik for being such a wonderful host can't wait to get together again, we definately need to soon. Sorry I shoulda took pic's but I didn't take my camera out:( but I did have TONS of fun...Thanks for my NEW WARDROBE saane your the BEST LOVE you all!!

Oh gosh Saturday was a SLOW morning for me I was awake pretty early but I just laid in bed staring at the ceiling, when I heard mom walk into the room to ask me if I'm planning on going to the youth performances at the Expo center in sandy. I replied with YES I'll go and she's like ok well then you need to get up and get ready LOL. I do so we all are ready even Ropes was down to go and watch Sinai's boys perform. We left about 11 a.m. and it started at 1 p.m. I know what a long wait but it actually went by really quick if you ask me. Boy did I get my butt whooped last night, this was totally an eye opener and motivation for me to get of the lazy horse and jump on the moving wagon with getting my workouts in. I got a text from my SIL the other day asking if I wanted to play in a tournament her cousin Pola is hosting and without any hestitation I said YES, she then asked do you have any suggestions as to who we should call to play. I said yes sure how about Lupi, Saane, and Ofo, then she said ok it's co-ed do you know of any guys that would like to come and play and again I said yes so I hit up Masi and told him to ask his brother Tulu if he wants in to. And the response from masi was YES, she then says you think we got a good team I said of course we do we have fun playing and we LOVE the competition you know, then she said her cousin Pola said you better have a good team cause the other teams that will be playing are really good. Sela was kinda worried and I told her girl let them talk it's all about how you play on the court LOL. Whatever happened to just playing good 'ol volleyball LOL. Anyways I then get a text from Lupi telling me to come play at her ward so I hit up Saane and Ofo, and Ashley to come and play it'd be fun to get together like the old times. Well Saane and ofo came up, and it seriously started late but in the end it was good fun, we had some good games runnin' and to tell you the truth if we play smart we'll be fine, masi came and played to he's awesome. And I have to say I LOVE watching NOELLE play ball she's sooo graceful:). Anyways I say it was an eye opener cause me drinking all that soda and eating all that junk food made me literally outta breath I mean I'm not in the best shape but volleyball is a sport I totally LOVE, and to be that out of breath yeah something is wrong LOL...so here's to hoping I get my BUTT in gear and get in shape for the tournament Sept 12, 2009...Wish US LUCK!!

"I will remember you, will you remember me?" as I think of this song tears just start to fall, when I hear this song I remember Daniel automatically and the memories of our time with him will be replayed, for this is ONE song Daniel LOVED, as well as guns in the ghetto (UB40), and one of Kenny Rogers song. Ten years ago today Daniel returned to our heavenly father and has become a heavenly angel to our family, he was a blessing in our lives and in very many he came in contact with. He fought his hardest to overcome the cancer (osteosarcoma), Daniel has taught me many things, never give up, have FAITH, and to LOVE. Our family became close while Daniel was in the hopital we always looked forward to going to visit him and LOVED every minute of it, but what we LOVED the most was when Daniel was able to be at home with us. I remember the times when we went to nicklecade with him and the cousins all the joy we had with him, the sleepless nights the boys we would have with him, the list goes on and on and on, I still remember when Karl Malone called him the SMILE on DANIEL's face was PRICELESS. I even remember when Daniel would call me and tell me he would want SUBWAY and I would tell him I don't have money and he would say "come on sis just write a check", and he KNEW I would and I did I can honestly tell you NOW I WOULD write more checks if I had to for him I didn't care about the $20 bounce fee LOL. I can't imagine how hard it is for Daniel's twin my little brother Brian him being the closest to Daniel it's been extremely hard for him as well BRIAN we LOVE YOU MORE, and MORE each day stay strong and KNOW that we do LOVE YOU, and to my little sis Silia, and Older Sis Lani (who was there when Daniel passed) we Love you and know how much it's truly hard for you both. So in memory of my little brother Daniel this blogs for you. WE LOVE YOU SOOO MUCH AND MISS YOU LIKE CRAZY. I know your happy where your at now pain free and reserving a spot for us in our celetrial home, and I know in my heart your with us everyday. Love you for eternity DANIEL.

Cookies for DAYS!!

Ok so this past weekend (8/8-8/9/2009) has been a VERY productive weekend. On Saturday morning the YSA for Granger 8th ward had a farewell BBQ for Elder Alo Moli and I was requested by Lisi to make some cookies, I also got a text from Fatai Tavo requesting that I bake some cookies for her bridal shower the same saturday, and with NO hesitation I agreed to make cookies for both of the events not thinkin' it would be to overwhelming which it wasn't I felt honored and blessed that they requested the order LOL. Anyways I ran to the store to grab the ingredients and started my baking I got done about 1 p.m. and I ran over to the stk center to drop off the cookies for Fatai, then afterwards headed on over to the BBQ, when I got there, there was quite a few YSA's there which was a good thing cause the ward reps are fairly new to the YSA program, and they are doing an awesome job with the activities and what not. We played volleyball, kickball, and I missed the water games it's sooo much fun being with the family ward I've been tempted to transfer my records back but it's on standbye right now, only cause I really need to give the YA ward a chance (and by this I mean I need to attend the ward, as well as the activities). Anyways the bbq ended about 4 p.m. I went home and just chilled. Then I remembered sinai's youth was going to have a fireside in her backyard and I wanted to see if she needed help or if she wanted me to bake some cookies, while I was still in the baking mood LOL. She then says ok I'll bring the cookie ingredients over so I sat there and waited, she called said she was on her way this was bout 9 p.m, she said she would drop it off before heading to work and she did indeed and when I looked I was like uhhhh did you want me to bake all this? she's like if you can IO I started baking saturday night I ended up baking 20 dozens from 9pm-1am and I figured I need to go to sleep and finish up the rest in the morning uhhh...woke up in the morning and started mixing some of the dough and still didn't finish LOL, went to church cause I wanted to attend Elder Alo Moli's farewell, omg his testimony NOW is amazing can't wait till he returns with honor, Alo reminds me sooo much of my baby brother Daniel the whole time he sang, and spoke I couldn't hold back the tears much Love to Elder Moli and may the Lord continue to bless him.

Church ended at 2pm and I headed home to finish up my baking, this time me and Gideon decided we would track how many cookies we were making, by marking it down each time the batch of cookies were done cooking and this system worked when we had finished 4:30pm, Brian had text askin' what we were doing and I mentioned to him that I was finishing up my baking and he then asked if I could drop some off for baby Daniel (which I KNEW it was for him LOL). So Gideon and I headed out to Brian's to drop off some cookies then head on over to Sinai's house for her fireside. Ok so are you ready for the total amount of cookies I made?? I had made over 500 cookies not counting the ones from Fatai's shower, and the YSA Bbq and I can tell you now I'm sooo COOKIE'd out if that's even a word...but OVERALL my WEEKEND was VERY PRODUCTIVE and helpful. Thanks guys for requesting the cookies:)

Yesturday (8/13/09) coming into work at 6 a.m. was the best feeling ever thanks to my little sister Silia for allowing me to catch a ride with her to work while she dropped off the diva's soo early in the morning. Work was pretty good doing something different is ALWAYS a good thing. My co-worker Merridy came in for a quick sec then headed back over to the hospital to be with her mom, she hasn't been doing to well so I was able to take over her job for the past couple of days and honestly the more I have to do the faster time goes by. Anyways I was finishing up the last couple of waybills before heading home, when I decided to text Sinai and see how Raging Waters was and had told her that I might come and sidebust on their youth conference activity. Sinai then responded that she had a ticket for me if I wanted to come let her know for sure so I told her ok standbye I'll let you know when I get home.

So I get home and sit in my room thinkin' OMG it's freakin' HOTT LOL, so I texted Sinai and said ok sis I've thought about it and I'm sooo coming LOL, I then sit and ponder more and I'm thinkin' I'm going to hit up Leslie and see if she wants to go. So I text her and she's telling me to standbye that she's trying to get a hold of her mom to see if she'll be home to watch the nieces and nephews so she can come. Well Les was still waiting and I decided that I was just gonna go ahead and if she does come she'll hit me up. Well I get to Raging Waters and Sinai's at the gate to greet me with my ticket woohoo it's been soo long since I've been to Raging Waters and I'm thinkin' hmmmm what slide will I go on...My first instinct was the little old white slide cause I soo wasn't in the mood to hike up to the slide LOL yeah lazy I'm sooo outta shape I probably woulda held up the line hahahaa. Anyways Leslie Lapuaho came to me and said lets go and slide and I told her hold on let me think about it, we walked around and I told her wait I wanna go and get wet first so we went to this pool area and just chilled in there for a bit then went back to the pavillion cause I was sooo hungry LOL. As we were eating Lee Langi came and I was soo happy she came in to grab the tickets for her and her brother. So when lee came we went to find a slide to go down.

To make this long story short I know I'm making you wonder about the title I chose, I said ok I would Love to go on a slide I just don't wanna hike up there LOL, so I see this slide just across the pavillion we were at and it only had one set of stairs to climb and I said lets go on that one. My niece Leslie was like the shotgun? I said yeah that one I'll climb those stairs and she's like ok, we climb the stairs I then ask how deep is the water? she says 9 ft uhhh what's wrong aunty I said I don't know how to swim and they both DARED me to go I was then thinking to myself well I gotta overcome my fear, then I tell both of them I'll go if you both go first LOL, my niece says okay we'll go first and then we'll wait for you to come down why did I believe her LOL. Leslie and Leslie (my niece), go down and Lee was sayin' she didn't know how to swim.....yeah right, I look and she's full on swimming does that make me nervous HELL yeah it does. But I couldn't chicken out cause they DARED me to go and I told them I will if they'd go down first. So there I go shooting down the slide and screaming my guts out but before I can take a breath I went strait down into the water OMG, talk bout panic mode I started to struggle in the water getting paranoid that I can't feel surface underneath my feet the more I struggled the more I went down, I was then thinking Kalo what the HELL were you thinking I started running out of breath thinkin' again are they going to notice I'm not coming back up I opened my eyes looking around me and still see nothing I then stopped struggling and rested my arms to my side and put my head up I opened my eyes again and start to see it's getting bright I then can hear both Leslie's say where did she go she shoulda came up already...all of a sudden I POP up and went gasping for air literally gasping and trying to catch my breath and try to act like I didn't almost drown..Leslie then asks Morena are you ok I said I just swallowed tons of water and told 'em uhhh that's my one slide I'm done LOL, but overall I did do it and when I do go back to Raging Waters Shotgun will be the first slide I'll go on, cause maybe I'll know how to swim once I go back again LOL, who knows when that will be I think I'm fine with staying in the 5 ft water. I then went home showered washed my hair and waited for Silia to pick up her girls and Brian to pick up his son, the kids LOVE grandma she is sooo good to them, and just watching her with the grandkids is priceless, I KNOW MY SISTERS and BROTHERS Love how active she is with the kids. Love my family, Love my Life, and Love the DARES LOL!!

So last night me and mom as well as sinai's twin boys went over to brian's house to pick up baby Daniel (they're going to Raging Waters today). On our way home he was singing his ABC's and I was sooo mad I didn't have my camera with me. We got home the kids grabbed something to eat and they all wanted to watch a movie...Daniel comes charging to my room saying Auntie I watch movie so I grab my camera and say before you watch a movie you have to sing your ABC's and he was sooo quick to start singing so he can watch his movie here's a video clip of baby daniel singing..Love you baby boy.

Saturday 8/8/09 after all the hustle and bustle with the youth conference I was soo ready for a nap and just time to RELAX and just chill. The Fili sister's had planned a little get together at Ash's place this night with just a time to relax chill, get pedi's and massages by Crystal & Ashley who are currently goin' to school for this, what a blessing it is to have sister's in this field which by the way I'll be joing crystal soon after I get my bills situated. I almost didn't go just cause I was soo beat and tired from bein' with the youth all day, when I got a text from ashley sayin' are you ready for the girls night tonight. I then responded to ash sayin' girl I just got home from bein' with the youth for their youth conference and I'm sooo BEAT gettin' ready to take a power nap, she then responds so does that mean you NOT coming LOL, I text back in reply girl I'm comin' I'm just takin' a power nap LOL. So I get a text from my Lindon sister (Kelissa & Ofo) sayin' you ready sis for the get together and I reply the same reply I sent to ash, when they texted back you know what we'll come and pick you up LOL, guess they know me to well if I napped I would totally knockout and wake up the next day LOL...anyways they picked me up and we headed to wally world to pic up some junk food for the get together. We had soo much fun just catching up and getting pampered just wish all the other sisters made it, but all to the good there's always next time...here's a few pic's. Oh the joy of being a SLACKER you have TONS to catch up and talk about. This pass weekend was pretty hectic I ended up taking last week friday off (8/7/09) in hopes to be of help to the Granger 8th ward with their youth conference. The theme they chose was "ANXIOUSLY ENGAGED" friday morning they had started off with service, they had all met up at the stake center to clean (and a wonderful job they did), after the cleaning we had breakfast in the pavillion in the back of the stake center said prayer and then headed on out to Lagoon at about 11 a.m, I could tell they were excited to leave already (I soo remember those days, I don't know if it was excited for the rides or to see new faces LOL;) we were all once teenagers hahaa..) anyways so my truck was nominated to load the youths food, drinks, snacks etc and boy was is FULL. All passengers in my ride was basically the YSA bunch LOL ok just 2 other (Mone, Leslie Langi). Anyways so we loaded up and headed on to Albies to pick up the chicken for the kids lunch then off to Lagoon we went. As we pull up to Lagoon, the kids are anxious and ready to start their scavenger hunt while Lee goes and pays for the tickets and I wait to unload the truck which I was seriously dreading LOL. Anyways we got lucky we got to drive and park by the pavillion seems we brought the whole house and some LOL, so we were blessed to be close to parking where the workers at lagoon drove their little trailers and loaded it and drove to our pavillon. Anyways the kids were then off and ready to handle the scavenger hunt below is a couple of pic's of the kids of the YELLOW TEAM, the leaders of this team was Meliani & Hola Mila 2 wonderful leaders who will also be wonderful parents...in addition to this game they were also playing gottcha with their team members where they had to eliminate the eachother, RED, and GREEN, anyways YELLOW team ended up winning the gottcha game cause the hitman (HOLA) knew this game well and got everyone silently LOL. We were at Lagoon till closing which was 11 p.m. the kids were sooo tired and drained I wasn't sure if they were gonna make it to the hike the next day (sat morning). But to my surprise they had ALL made it to the hike and I WAS the one SLEEPING in LOL, I was able to catch their service project at the food ban I'll attatch those photo's as well, it's sooo good to see the kids work together and just have a close knit bond with one another LOVE YOUTH CONFERENCE, after the service project we headed on over to the stk center pavillion where they had the activities committee bbqin' for the kids while they practiced their tongan dance number for the big celebration for the stk, and can't forget the games and whatnot that followed the practice, which I missed cause I went home to catch some zzzz's for the fili sister's night at ash's place later on in the evening but I'll blog about that on another page seems this ones getting to long. But I've come to realize that I sooo miss my family ward especially the youth. Thanks Granger 8th ward for letting me be a part of your conference.

Oh man, oh man has it been FOREVER and a day since I've jumped on here to blog, guess the heat has a major part of my slacking LOL, ok what a lame excuse but I totally have to say it's the total truth. Ok so much has gone on yet I didn't get the chance to write about it. I guess summer is just been fun chillen with my family, you can NEVER go wrong with that.

Just recently we had a new addition to the Misinale family (Brian & Sela, gave birth to a healthy Baby boy Jayden Paul Misinale) he weighed in at 8 lbs 6 oz and 20 inches long. Daniel is such a good BIG BROTHER you can already tell by the video he's ready to take charge. Congrats bro on the beautiful baby boy. Just had to let cha know that this year 2009 summer has been nothing but FAMILY LOVIN' Love my family and sooo thankful for them everyday.

So this passed weekend has been crazy yet again, trying to get the last minute cleaning done before mom comes home from tonga. Have to admit I was sooo excited to see my mom, Sister, and her diva's 2 weeks was tooo long for me LOL. But anyways, my title is what it is because on Friday (7/10/09) I went to Ultimate tattoo shop and got a TATT, yeah y'all heard correct I did get me a tattoo, but it's nothing bad, but it is something sentimental to me (you may think otherwise, but that's your opinion), for those of you wondering what my mom did or said, it was nothing bad I LOVE MY MOM, all she said was your old enough to make your own decisions...and that right there people is enough said. Next month Aug 19 marks my baby brother's 10 year anniversary of his passing, and I thought of doing this in memory of him. It's funny that once people hear or see that you did this or did that they are QUICK TO JUDGE, and YES I told my mom, sisters, brothers that I was going to do this but they all probably didn't think I would....Well they believed me when I sent them the picture:D!! But I just find it funny that there are people out there that will say the funnest things (as if I'm a bad person), and in my mind I'm thinking well this is me, and this one tatt DOESN'T make me a bad person or it won't change who I am you know what I mean?? I just found it hillarious that people will look at me different because of this one tatt, but for real I DON'T care what they think as long as it has meaning to me that's all that matters...Anyways the story behind this symbol was actually mentioned to me by my little BIG brother ropes, he told me that one day he and Daniel went to a chinese restraunt to eat and when they were done of course they give you a fortune cookie, well when Lopeti opened his fortune cookie in the cookie was this symbol and underneath it said "LITTLE BROTHER" Lopeti still carries this fortune paper, after Daniel's Burial Ropes went and got this tatted on his arm, he recently told me this and that's another reason of why I WANTED to get this.

OMG it's just been a crazy week since mom and Silia and her little family went to tonga. I've been cleaning, doing laundry, cooking you name it I was playin' the momma of the house, and to think I be takin' alot for granted when my mom is home. Just had to post how much fun it's been with Sinai's younger 3 that have been with me since the beginning of the summer, OMG how much fun and energy these 3 have, and not only that they can sure make a mess LOL and they can ALSO clean the place in secs LOL.

I seriously thought that when mom went to tonga I'd be off runnnin' around partyin' like a rockstar LMBO no but really like hangin' out with friends and whatnot. But I've actually been home playing the motherly roll to my niece (nini) and nephews (Brydan & Gideon) they have been soo much fun and also helpful around the house, it made babysitting a whole lot easier. I joked with Sinai the other day telling her man when the kids go back to school it's going to be hard for me to let them come back to your house I LOVE these kids dearly and am soo grateful my sisters and even brother trusts me to take care of them...I ALWAYS tell them, I don't care about you guys but I'll do ANYTHING for the kids LOL. And my sisters and brothers know that they lucky I'm single to be able to still take the kiddies out to a movie or just somewhere to eat.

Anyways this week with mom being in Tonga has seriously taught me to have patience and more Love for these kids who I consider my own. I've also had the blessing to attend Tohi's dads funeral and what a beautiful service, like Sinai mentioned while we were chatting with Tohi wedenesday night you can tell how a person was by the attendance of their funeral, and I'd have to say Sonasi was a wonderful and LOVING man, he raised wonderful children who I know my family looks upto Love you pouha family. Mom comes home saturday and I'm seriously excited to see her, I seriously MISS her.

OVERALL I had sooo much fun chillen' with my sister Sinai I don't even remember when the last time I really got to hang out with her. She's sooo wonderful, and she does sooo much for her kids I LOVE it and hope that one day I'll be able to follow her examples, so this 2 weeks that mom's been in tonga I can honestly say it has brought me and Sinai closer..I KNOW I've gotten on her nerves cause I haven't been in a good mood lately LOL so sorry sis I know I can be mean but thanks for seriously putting up with me and making sure Dad and I was ok while mom was out having the time of her life in tonga:D. And thanks again for pushing me to stay active with the workouts your the best. So until then I LOVE MY FAMILY!!

June 29, 2009 (monday) I decided to call into work so I can watch Baby Daniel, as well as Sinai's kids since mom's in tonga, and she's normally the one that watches them. I have had sooo much fun watching these kids, what a responsibility it is but well worth it. Anyways I was making the kids lunch (mac & cheese with hot dogs) and I heard dad calling me I go to see what he wants and he said take Saia's grand daughter in to play with the kids so I said ok. This little girl I believe her name is Una comes in and literally walks into every single room of the house. OK I thinking she's a little girl so don't sweat it right. Well I ask her if she wants to eat and she's shaking her head NO, so I say ok. I call the kids to come eat, and Daniel being the first to eat say mmmm Yummy aunty Kalo I said thank you Daniel. This little boy is sooo smart because after he had eatin' he turned to me to say Thank you aunty Kalo for the food...Now that right there made my day, anyways we all go to the living room to watch t.v. when this little girl starts pushing my nephew Daniel OMG I couldn't stop laughing when I seen Sinai's daughter Ailini sooo over protective of her little brother Daniel. The little girl Una was bullying daniel and Lini was not having it, it was hillarious cause then Sinai's boys started yelling at the little girl to leave him alone mind you this little girl is 3 yrs old my nephew is 2 yrs old. Anyways I was playing around with my phone and actually caught her arguing with Baby Daniel telling Daniel Alini is her sister...freakin' hillarious...Well worth calling in and staying with the kids...Love them to death!!!

June 27, 2009 (Saturday)..Ok after the ALL day & night softball games friday I was sooo beat, and so were the kids. Ailini, Brydan, and Gideon decided to come home with me again after the games and whatnot so they watched movies until they knocked out I have NO clue what time that was because I hella knocked out already. Anyways with it being Saturday and Lini's team being out of the tournament I decided that I was going to sleep in and saturday morning do nothing but clean.That I did do...I had come to appreciate my mom more. Especially with her being in Tonga for almost 3 weeks I had takin' the responsibility in the motherly role HOIIII is it TONS of work. So I had got the kids something to eat, started a load of laundry and then started scrubbing the bathroom, kitchen and even living room, OMG did I feel like I was working out like the heck, not only was I sweating but I started to feel the burn LOL yeah tell me about it, and it doesn't help that we don't have AC in our house all there more to sit still aye hahahaha. I got the house work done, fed the kids and finished up the laundry boy did I feel like once in my life I had a productive saturday LMBO. As I sat down and watched the kids I thought to myself oh my heavens no wonder mom's tired or worn out when I get off work, being a stay at home mom is a WORK itself..So to my sister's, aunties, young mom's and especially to MY MOM LOVE YOU SOOO MUCH THANK YOU EVER SOO MUCH FOR YOUR HARD WORK.

Ok so I told the kids that their mom was going to pick them up to go to the West Fest and this was more of a reason of them helping me out around the house, so that they can go to the carnival and I'd have to say these kids do an awesome job at helping out around the house more of a reason to keep the at my house, cause they are just so helpful. Anyways Sinai came around 5 p.m. and picked us up to go enjoy the heat and the sun LOL, for real though it was HOTT, I didn't want to go cause seriously cleaning and scrubbing really took a tole on my energy LOL. Well guess what the kids made me feel bad so I decided to go and have some fun. Boy it was good to just get out and about and to run into soo many of my old co-workers and friends was a plus. Well we didn't get out of the parking lot until like midnight by then the kids were already knocked out, we got home the kids crashed and we slept in yet another day. June 26, 2009 (Friday) I took the day off to go with Sinai and her little family to cheer on Ailini's All-Star softball game in grantsville. Man talk about an early morning rise, and wake up call for me. With mom being gone to tonga and Brydan & Gideon staying with me, I had to be the GROWN UP and have that responsibility by getting up at 4 a.m. to get ready and wake up the twins to get ready, to head on out to sinai's house to go to grantsville by 6 a.m. OMG was that a wake up call for me, I knew how hard it is to get kids up and ready but these two (twins) are amazing just one call for them to get up and get ready was all it took. I was soo tired but we did make it to Sinai's house ontime, in fact we were there and they were still getting up and getting ready woohoo...YAY ME LOL. Anyways we went to grantsville we were there pretty early and it had started to rain, yeah rain it did and we only had ONE umbrella to share amongst the 7 of us LOL yeah too funny I forgot mom's many umbrella's in her van it's ok we made it through at least I thought we did LOL. Through out the game the weather was sooo RANDOM more like A.D.D. or even Bipolar would describe it I swear it was the 4 seasons all in one day LOL no but for real literally random weather. Anyways it was sooo much fun cheering on Ailini's team they played awesome. This day was memorable for me thanks Sinai for letting me tag along. Good Job Ailini and Leia you gals played awesome.

Last week thursday 6/25/09, Mom and the Silia's little family headed out to tonga, boy am I missing them right now they'll be in tonga for 3 1/2 weeks for the 'Iongi family reunion. The original plan was for me to go with them but uhhh...yeah that didn't happen my funds didn't quite get there LOL, so I'm going to have to take a trip to tonga some other time I'm really not looking into going anytime soon. If I do decide to go oversea's it'll be to NZ:D, yeah I'm going go everywhere but there for now anyway. Anyways here are a couple of pic's from when we dropped off mom and the kiddies. It was soo dang cute I went to kiss my baby girl and tell her to be safe and have a safe trip she gave me the biggest hug and biggest kiss and said "BYE MY PRINCESS", when I looked over baby girl was teary eyed love these girls as if they were my own:D, can't wait for the girls to handle their business and perform their dances in tonga and show 'em what VAINI's got for 'em LOL. Last night or shall I say this morning at midnight me and Nini, and Pitasoni, He'a, Brydan, Gideon went to watch TRANSFORMERS THE FALLEN. We got home from the gym at about 7:30 p.m. And I told them you guys better take a nap before we go and they all agreed that they would, funny thing is I can hear them in the living room watching T.V. and turning up the volume when a TRANSFORMERS commercial comes on, in my mind I'm thinkin' OMG these kids are going to sleep through the movie LOL. I knocked out for a couple of hours then I can hear the kids waking me up saying it's time it's time. HOIII what in the world did I get myself into hahaha, I guess Sinai walked in with the older two Soni, & He'a after the gym these two went home to shower and get ready like they was going to see someone there LOL, anyways I decide to get up and get ready and grabbed a couple of eggrolls that mom made and drank a cup of otai I know yeah what in the world I just got done working out hahahaha, all good just gotta work it off tonight with deena (ZUMBA). So we are getting ready to head out when Brydan says to me Aunty Kalo aren't you going to change (yeah this boy says the darnest things I tell yah) I said why I'm NOT going so see anyone there (yeah right I run into ward members from my singles ward LOL) plus I want to wear sweats and a t-shirt LOL.

Anyways so we get to hollywood connections and have like front row parking this was around 10 pm purchase our tickets, I ask soni aye where's the money from your mom he's like uhhh this is my money for my grades in my mind I'm like ok your mom said she gave you money, Io so I textd sinai and she's like uhhh can you tell him I'll pay him for his grades and use the money for the movies LOL, so that I did but I had already bought the tickets right, so I tell Soni uhhh you need to go and buy your brother's and sister some snacks cause that money is for the movies he's like OH! then he felt better when I said your mom will pay you for your grades later LOL.

Finally we get situated popcorn, drinks, and candy and I see Hola Mila he's like hey go stand in line with masi and them I'm like huh he's like they're all standing in line already, so I walk with the kids around the corner and Masi was like the 3rd person in line LOL thank goodness for him cause we were towards the front WOOHOO...anyways they don't let us in until after midnight which I didn't get, I guess that only happens in WV LOL, but yeah we watched the movie and it got out about 3 a.m. which it went by pretty quick, the kids enjoyed it and I did as well, some parts they could've did without but other then that I enjoyed it...Thanks Sinai for allowing us to go I LOVE MY NIECES & NEPHEWS!!

Man I was flipping through my albums stored on my computer and came across a couple pic's of the triplets while they were still YOUNG. Man times sure flies by hella fast, I didn't see it coming that quick LOL. I still remember the day Silia got off the plane coming back home, after spending a year in Portland after she got married man, she was sooo dang diehard carrying the girls for the full 9 months man sis I TOTALLY give you props for hangin' in there ( I wanna be just like you when I have kids), you brought beautiful girls into this world and they are sooo blessed to have you in their life, and I as well am sooo BLESSED to be a part of their life. Thank you sooo much Silia for letting me be a part of their LIFE. My sister's are amazing mother's and can't wait to follow their footsteps one day. Just had to post these pic's man they were sooo cute and still are.

Father's Day Weekend!!

This passed weekend being Father's Day I just wanted to express my LOVE to my DAD for being the most HUMBLE, HARDWORKING, & LOVING man that he is. Growing up dad was ALWAYS working 24-8 for the things we needed in school, and he taught us kids how to work for what we wanted. My dad is the sweetest guy I know, he's very quiet, but can be very talkative at times:D. Usually when mom yells at him dad won't say anything at all, Dad Love to help those around, even if he's tired he won't complain he'll just go, go, go, and help out where he can this man is AMAZING, I LOVE this man sooo much and hope to find someone just like him, who puts his family FIRST in all that he does, and works EXTRA hard for his family...cheers to you DAD LOVE YOU SOOO MUCH, Malo ho'o ofa moe ngaue lahi ki mau tolu kou ofa lahi atu kiate koe. Happy Father's day to my Brother's, Brother in Laws for working hard for your families hope you all were spoiled this wonderful holiday. This get together was also a FHE because Mom, Silia, Lupeni and the triplets will be heading out to tonga this week thursday, sooo lucky they are, it'll be a good experience for all of them it's been over 31 yrs since mom's been back to tonga, and this will be Silia and the triplets 1st time going..can't wait to see pic's when they arrive.

This pass weekend was just a whole lot of fun loving family time, we got together again for Father's day good food, good laughs, and wonderful entertainments from the kids. Down below is a couple of Video's I captured while the kids was dancing if you watch closely in the back you can see Ailini tumble too funny well for us anyways, for her not so funny (6212009.038), anyways we had sooo much fun, and another memory to cherish. Saturday morning was a day of being pampered, my sister in law sela invited me, silia, and mom to a mary kay party to get our free facial, man talk about LOVE, LOVE, LOVE their product and just bein with mom, and my sister's was a blast thank you Sela for thinking of us we LOVE you sooo much. My Teddy Bear!!!

I mentioned in the post last night that I was going to attend the triplets dance recital 06/17/09, which I did do, and it was the cutest thing ever. Especially to see that Melenaite the thicker one of the bunch wasn't as shy as she usually is funny thing is she a totally different person on the stage. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these girls to death and am sooo very thankful that I can say I helped raise these little diva's when they were fresh outta the oven:D!!! Silia also mentioned this was going to be the last of their dancing because it's getting expensive for the three of them, but she might have either the 2 older ones continue to dance or just ruby, my baby girl MORENA is a sporty girl so I'll be hookin' up my little diva with the sports part:D!! anyways it's always good to show support to the kids cause it really does boost up their self esteem and helps them overcome their fear of performing in front of people, which I'm pretty sad these three will be doing dance numbers in tonga next week for the 'Iongi reunion and I'm sad I won't be there to cheer them on, but GRANDMA will take tons of pic's sis...anyways hope you enjoy their dance as much as I did Love you DIVA's!!!

Last night (6/16/09) was my brother in law Lupeni's 30th birthday. Silia had planned a bbq for this special day (man he's so dang spoiled by my sister:D) show's how much she truly appreciates her husband. She's been planning his birthday since last month, she's has got to be the most thoughtful person I know...Ok all my sister's are sooo thoughtful, I'm just sayin' you can tell how much she's sooo in LOVE with her hubby from when they first met, till now it's as if they're still dating. Anyways she had a bbq for him and invited the cuddies, man good times, good laughs and another good memory to remember. You can NEVER go wrong with spending time with the people you LOVE. She put together the cutest gift ever one filled with memories and pretty sure many more to come, it was a book made with pic's of their adventures so dang cute you'd have to ask her when you see her. Had sooo much fun, wish we could just spend time with families everyday. Happy Birthday bro and many more to come.

Last night I also attended the ZUMBA class before I hit up the bbq, WOW talk about a whoop a** workout seriously, it felt hott in the room we were working out in and for some odd reason to me sounded as if she sped up the music LOL, cause honestly the warm-up song got me hella sweating LOL. I told myself "NO ONE CAN WORK YOU OUT IT'S TOTALLY UPTO TO YOU TO GET THAT WORKOUT ON" and boy can I tell you I seriously WORKED MY A** off, my chest was burning it was freakin' red, my shirt was wet and my hair looked as if I just got outta the shower, can you picture that LOL yeah I was sweating that much, probably cause I knew I was going to Silia's after to eat, anyways it was an hour of a good workout. I then headed on over to Silia's to enjoy the good food, and good company, and to my amazement I didn't go overboard. Half of my plate was salad I had a piece of chicken and sausage with not even half a cup of potato salad woohoo goooo me LOL, the only thing I felt guilty eating was the yummy cake that Oto made oowee it was good, just means I have to WORK IT OFF!! so there you have it how my day went last night. Boy I can't wait to get me a laptop so I can write in my blog everyday. TONIGHT the Triplet's Dance recital woohoo!!

Getting back on track!!

Alrighty so last night I decided I was going to get back on track, with working out and all that fun stuff, the eating part is still a struggle especially yesturday having nothing but junk food, cookies and chips:(. Anyways I got off of work about 5:30 p.m. headed home to change for the gym, mom wasn't home (she went to take Ailini to softball practice, and get pops stuff for his eating the next day) so I told the twins they gotta go with me before gramps leaves somewhere and forgets he has the boys LOL. The boys being outspoken as they are told me they were going to stay home with grandpa, of course I had to bribe them, so I said fine then I'm leaving then I said to one of the mahanga's (twins) I was going to take you guys to Baskin Robbins (they've been begging to go on sunday LOL) but since you don't want to go I'll go by myself to the gym hahaha, I know evil huh, you can guess what happened after that...the twins ran to the backyard to tell grandpa that they were leaving with me to the gym LOL.

So get to the rec in hopes to change my draft from my checking to my savings and they said I have to bring proof HOI another thing added to the list go to the bank and get a deposit slip gosh I swear I had all my info but noooo they said I have to bring a copy saying that my account is valid, anyways I got my wristband for kickboxing sat there for a bit and texted sinai "are you coming yet?" the response from her was yes just walking through the door, 7 'o clock hits, it's time to get the workout on....OMG serioulsy I thought I was going to die, it felt as if it was my first day back at the gym, definately something I needed Leisa gave me a good workout. Class was really good I ran into my friend Manu Fiefia I haven't seen her forever, later on in the class her two sisters came in. The class finishes I didn't stay to work on the AB's cause I usually get a chalie horse when I do LOL, so I figured I got my hour in of cardio time to take the kiddies to get the ice cream. My niece (Nini) asked if she can go as well after all she had $51 dollars saved, and she wanted some ice cream, this little girl has a sweet tooth for real, but yet she's as skinny as can be. So off we went to "BR" yeah guess the coupon thing is instilled in this little girl she came with some coupons buy one get one free so yeah she got 2 cones and I bought the twins their sunday's. Y'all should be proud of me cause I DID NOT get me a thing, not even a TASTE woohoo, I'm ready to get back on track FULL FORCE.

This past weekend mom and I went to Ailini's ALL-STAR game on friday 3/12/09 and saturday 3/13/09. Sinai was in california with her two older boys (Pitasoni & Nohe'a) visiting Lani as well as attending the Filimoe'atu family reunion. So mom and I was blessed to go and attend Ailini & Leia's all-star game, OMG can we talk about FUN, FUN, FUN, you can count on me going to the rest of the games, through the rain and all. Ailini played fantastic and so did Leia these two will be awesome when they get into high school. Sunday mom was really sick (probably from sitting in the rain on saturday). So she didn't go to church or shall I say we didn't go to church, cutest thing was watching the niece and nephews cater to grandma being sick, it truly does suck when mom is sick you can totally tell. I was achy and headache but had to get my bootay up and cook some food and clean around the house, thank goodness the kids are at the house they were totally a BIG help. Man this week had just been sooo frustrating just when I thought I was doin' good on the whole workout thing, then go and weigh myself only to see I gained 2 lbs what the HELL. But talking to my sister's Sinai, & Silia has kept my me on the positive side (thank goodness for these two). Just wish the fatt would just fall off, if it were only that easy aye, I went last night to ZUMBA with Deena, and her daughter Kelsey, man these two kick ass seriously in my mind I'm thinkin' come on kalo get your fat ass movin' LOL yeah I know I shouldn't be talkin' like that but sometimes I don't know what else to say. Trying to be healthier and getting into shape isn't as easy as it sounds, it takes TONS of WORK and plenty of DETERMINATION. I got an email message from carla from the Biggest Loser and this is what she said: "It's not that your eating polynesian food, it's how much of it you're eating. You can have it just cut the portions down. Start moving more, if you can't excersise, get the kids and go to the park, play frisbee, slide in the slide, swing, play tag. Just K.I.M!!! You'll start seeing results." and this is nothing new cause that was the exact words Sinai's ALWAYS tellin me, just keep moving sis is all she says, sooo thankful to have LOVING sister's who care for me enough to help me out as much as they can wether it be pushing me to hit the gym or just getting me to stop slacking and get moving. Tons of thoughts go through my mind as to is this the reason why I'm still single, because of my weight? I mean I hear it alot to where it gets annoying sometimes, you know kalo if you were alot smaller you would have no problem in finding a boyfriend, ok what am I suppose to think?? I know think positive but whatever happend to the inner beauty?? hoii guess it's all part of life right?? living, learning, and pressing forward. The day I get skinny is the day I'll be telling the guys to KISS MY ASS hahahaha, I'm the same NOW and will be when I get smaller. Just had to let out the frustrations after all it is my BLOG!!!

Wishing DAD a Happy Birthday today, yesturday we celebrated my dad's 67th birthday. Mom decided she was gonna surprise Dad, and with this she went saturday night shopping for the food, and calling my brother's and sister's and letting them know she'll be making food. I got up pretty early (sunday morning) and not surprised at all mom had already gotten the majority of the food ready to be cooked. It was soo CUTE when I got up I can hear mom say Happy Birthday to pops and I peeked around the corner she was putting on a Lei from hawaii on him before he headed out to his meeting. Dad didn't know mom had a few tricks up her sleeve with planning his surprise B-day party with his kids, and grand kids. So he headed out to his meeting and from there stayed for church. Mom was soo into her cooking by the time she got the food cooked she looked at the time and it was already noon LOL, yeah you know what that means...mom missed church and so did I hahahaa, nah but in the end it was well worth it, Brian and Sela and they're little family wasn't able to attend due to the illness of Brian as well as baby Daniel, we were able to visit them after the majority of the family left, and we ended up bringing baby Daniel home with us...Get well bro, and baby Daniel.

Just a little about Dad. He's a caring, hardworking, and a LOVING guy I've been sooo blessed to have him as a father, and for him to work EXTREMELY hard for us kids growing up and til now. I couldn't ask for a better father because I have truly been blessed with the BEST! you would think that dad being retired he would just sit home and relax...NOPE your wrong dad still up and workin' Iate and still providing for us at home. We as his children are blessed to have him in our lives as well as the examples and teachings he's instilled in US his children as well as for his Grand Kids. OK so Friday 6/05/09 I went with Sinai to Gideon's Graduation. I guess we thought it was for the whole 1st grade class Ooops nope just Gideon's class I think Brydan's was really the day we went to the school:O:O which was the day we got moded LOL, anyways Sinai and I had went to his graduation it was soo dang cute, funny thing is when we got there we sat down and Sinai had called Gideon to look so she can take a picture of him he looked then looked away real quick as if he was too COOL to take pic's LOL, or even as if he didn't know us hahaha, anyways here are a couple of pic's I took of him, there are more on bebo.

Next amount of pic's are from the DRIVE IN. We made it kinda traditional to go to the Drive ins with the kids in the SUMMER. This night we went to watch Night At the Museum 2, it was pretty funny, the movie paired up with it was the X-MEN wolverine movie which we ALL basically knocked out (seems we've already watched it). Anyways I LOVE LOVE LOVE spending ALL the time I can with the nieces and nephews, and my beautiful sisters. We've actually had some interesting neighbors talk about every time we go we have issues with people LOL but overall it was a FUN FILLED NIGHT!!

Alrighty y'all are probably wondering why my title is what it is...So Sinai calls me at work this morning to tell me that she was able to download the pic's from my camera onto her computer and I was like ok time to go and steal the pic's and add them to my bebo. About 5 mins later she calls my desk again.
Sinai: Hello kalo
Me: YES
Sinai: Can I borrow your camera for the twins graduation?
Me: Sure when is it?
Sinai: it's today at 11:00 a.m.
Me: Ok you sure can, I'm going to go with you if that's ok
Sinai: Yeah that should be fine. So I get a IM (instant msg) from silia saying hey sis I'm going to go with you and Sinai to the graduation, I'm like Woohoo good sister time aye, so we're headin' over to the elementry school like seriously fast cause Sinai was caught up in her pule's office and when that happens it's good luck being ontime LOL. Anyways so we're rushing into the school and Sinai and Silia are at the kids classroom, yeah I was standing at the office thinking sinai was still in there LMBO (NOPE) she was down the hall with silia hahahahaha, anyways if your wondering why my title is that... WE WERE EARLY ALRIGHT, THE GRADUATION IS NOT TILL TOMORROW....hahahaha and I would like to present the "MOM OF THE YEAR AWARD.....

The Phone call

Ok so last night I get a phone call from my sister Lani (or at least that's what my caller ID showed), I pick up the phone and I say Hello a couple of times then out of no where I hear this HELLLLOOOO..really slow and I'm like, who's this?? and I hear Aunty Kalo, then I realize it's Madison, my sister Lani's youngest daughter apparently she got ahold of her cellphone and called me up, this sister of mine as well as her little ones live in cali, and is really missed by us here in UTAH it was really good to talk to my nieces and nephews and to hear them ask me if I'm coming out next week for the family reunion broke my heart cause I seriously wanna see them, but the funds is what does the talking. Anyways Lani jumps on the phone and she's like sorry sis I didn't know she called you up, I'm thinking no problemo cause seriously it's soooo good to hear her, she's been busy with schooling so I haven't had much time to talk to her, she's going to school for billing in the medical field good job sis so proud of you, she'll be graduating in Oct. Anyways, she was telling me about her little daughter graduating from pre-school and how they went to pick out a dress, and the first dress she picked was a strawberry dress, Lani kept trying to talk Madison out of getting that dress I guess the strawberries wasn't cuttin' it for her LOL, so she talked Madison into getting a pastel dress that came with a purse can't wait to see it. So then Lani wins cause the purse is what got Madison to change her mind, Griffin will also be promoting from kindergarten to the first grade this little boy is sooo dang handsome, and also Loto Lahi, he tends to hold it in when he's mad but over all is a good kid, Congratulations Griffin. Anyways Lani goes to tell me that her daughter Madison gave her a list of things she wants for her "GRADULATIONS" that's how she says it man I couldn't stop laughing LOVE to hear the kids FOB out LOL, she says mom I want a dress, shoes, and candy lei's hahaha this little girl is a hoot can't wait till she hits high school you got some major shopping LOL...anyways Lani and her family is truly missed and Just wanted her to know that we truly do LOVE YOU, and can't wait till you move back to UTAH;) hint, hint!!

For those of you who haven't read the TWILIGHT SAGA I'm telling you now it's a MUST READ. I'm not much of a READER but when I picked up the book and started reading I was totally HOOKED, yeah call me crazy but I would LOVE to find me an EDWARD but here in UTAH uhh that's a definate NEGATIVE LOL. So this post is for a couple of movies I'm totally looking forward to watching. So here you have it NEW MOON COMES OUT 11-20-09 yippie, and I can guarentee you that me and my sister's will be watching the midnight showing...a couple of other movies I can't wait to see is Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince (sometime in July), and TRANSFORMERS (June 24, 2009)
